GoogleArranged to view a house I was genuinely interested in taken the afternoon off work . I arrived early and waited around for 40 minutes to be stood up. No phone call to mention anything about arriving late. No contact details provided apart from a office number which being a Sunday was no use. Lost a genuine buyer through incompetence. GoogleFirst property we viewed was described as being immaculate was in fact damp and in need of new roof Second property viewing we waited for agent who did not turn up we went to office to be told to bang on door and the tenant would show us around they did not answer the door! We are still looking for property and can only hope their standard of service improves

Their sales progression team creates a useful bridge to other parties involved and provides hassle free and useful updates to move things along. Venture are very proficient in understanding your needs and finding the right property for you. Overall a great company and people to work with. Highly recommend.

GoogleI have been very happy with the service provided by Venture. Staff are always helpful and polite in all situations and always provide a positive solution to any situation. If someone asked me if I would recommend I would say yes. I have never had any problem with the company and will continue to use their services.
