GoogleReally great service from beginning to end of the purchase. We were kept up to date with the progress of the sale and whenever we had any questions they were answered very quick. I would definitely recommend Venture based on the experience we have had with them.

GoogleThese guys know the business inside out! I rented and sold through them and can honestly say I wish I'd gone to them in the first instance. As soon as the business is put in their hands they are on the case.Within hours of them having the details there were prospective buyers queuing up to view. Unlike the previous estate agent who only managed 3 viewings in the 12 months they had the property on their book. 3 months later the property is sold and completed upon. Well done guys and thank you very much! :)

GoogleBought a house through Venture and they were absolutely brilliant the whole way through the process. They were fantastic and helped reassure us and push things through with our slow and unresponsive solicitors. They kept us up to date and it was lovely to always have a friendly helpful voice on the other end of the phone. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

GoogleStarted off good and gotten gradually worse and worse! They were more than happy to arrange viewings for me and take me to several places, some more than once. I agreed a letting with them for 3 people to share a property but moving in on different dates. A few weeks later I get a call saying that the landlord is saying he doesn't want the other 2 to move in with me. Turns out that the landlord had given them very strict instructions on who he was willing to let to (fair enough as he owns the property) but Venture had completely ignored this and let it out as they pleased without discussing the possible tenants with him. As such they are now trying to force me into paying the rent and bills of 3 people for this property because they are incapable of doing their jobs properly! I am now trying to rectify this with them to get it sorted because I am not being screwed over and forced to pay through the nose for their UTTER INCOMPETENCE.

GoogleAvoid! Avoid! Avoid! This company should be avoided, their incompetency will cost you money. We paid 9% of our rental income for them to manage the property and we had very poor service. They failed to put a board up for nearly two weeks and only after us chasing them (costing us time and money), they don't keep up with changes to legislation including Council Tax changes, they failed to check that the previous tenant had paid the correct council tax to the day he moved out, costing us money. Although, when we decided after nearly two months of an empty property to get another agency involved, they suddenly found us a tenant (just a coincidence that they were going to lose money so decided to actually do something about it?). Please be very wary of this letting agency, they lack communication to their customers and even to their staff and are just plain incompetent. Plenty of other estate agents in the area! .... Forgot to say they didn't respond to my complaint for over a week and only after I chased them about it

GoogleRented house, overall no problems in moving in and out. however they are useless with there customer service, tell you they are ringing you back they never do !! lettings manager slightly rude. Charged £50 for a cleaner as there was a morrisons bag of rubbish left in the kitchen !! and they said the toilet had limescale when it certainly did not !! but they can get away with little things like this is beyond me becauses they know your gonna dispute getting your bond back for months and months over £50.
