GoogleI bought a house advertised through Venture Properties and found their service to be excellent, efficient and helpful. GoogleI did wonder why I had no viewings on my property, only to discover they have a VERY bad rep for not responding to emails or calls form possible tenants who wished to view my property. One of which was able to contact me directly and explained as much, this is bad practice and I would stay well clear.
