I moved from Birmingham to Hartlepool. We bought a house through Smith and Frinds in Hartlepool. I was really concerned about being so far away through the process and not being able to liase in person, however i need not have worried. I was kept inormed every step of the way, first by Joanne and then as things progressed, by Rachel. All of my questions and queries were answered and things ran very smoothly for us. We have recently sold our house via the Ingleby Branch and to a man I cannot fault anybody in the office. Andrea and Manj mainly handled the viewings and sales progression but everyone was so patient and gave great advice whenever I needed it.
