The start of the process was great and the getting us engaged in the process was good, sold a great vision for the company and the process, this wasn’t always followed through at the same speed with slow comms, E.G the selling vendor always seemed one or two days ahead of Smith and Friends. Smith and Friends need to look at the flow of data and some times too many people are involved which creates delays and frustrations for the seller. Overall good but could have been much better with some simple tweaks. Thanks

I was kept informed and up to date through the whole process and they were very helpful and responsive with any questions I had (which was a lot!).
