After a quick commission

Had to drop price twice, was told corporate buyer wanted in within 2 weeks. Moved south put furniture in storage ended up £1500 out of pocket, company only interested in a quick commission. Used them previously and expected same level of service , didn't happen. No duty of care for customers.

We recently sold our house with Smith and friends. Their service was fantastic all of the staff we dealt with especially Joanne and Rachael always found time to talk to us. It was not an easy sale as our first buyer pulled out at the last minute, the staff then ensured our house was seen and we had another new buyer pretty soon. All of my calls where taken in a professional and friendly manner and no query was too much hassle for them.

Great service from the initial onboarding to completion. Sale was of our parents house and we were not local so everything was dealt with remotely.Process of viewing notifications was smooth especially as we were not local and Darlington office attended all viewings for us. Buying and selling Marton Branch

We sold and bought with the Marton branch of Robinson’s, the service we received was exceptional. Communication was fantastic, We were kept fully informed the whole way, no need for relentless chasing for updates. When our buyer lost their mortgage Robinson’s helped him find another so we didn’t lose the sale or the house we were buying.
