Buying a house is really huge desicion. After buying a house, it's normal to have some snaggings to fix. And with all the brilliant staff in Castle Green Homes who helped us through was just amazing and felt like being well looked after. It wasnt easy definitely, and Natalie Green who helped us through out this 1.5 years time was just our blessings. She cares about us, she handles our snaggings like in her own house, her own issues. She never forgets and always gives us reminders. Just cant say enough Thank you to this lovely lady who stays with us since the beginning stage until now. I feel so grateful to have her around me, to help me through. Natalie, thank you so much for everything, and staying with me when I had concerns, you came to my house and gave me supports. How do you expect a service after sale?In Castle Green, I would rate five stars!Natalie Green of Willow Fields does deliver a great and thoughtful service to our family. She is very responsive and passionate, whenever you reach her out with urgent issue, she will always schedule a most earliest available timeslot to tackle your problem. She is patient to listen to your concerns and do her utmost to manage your matters, a strong back up of your family. Technician Flo, he is definitely a jack of all trades. Boilers, sink pipes, front door, ensuite whatsoever problems, with him, you will be peace of mind. Fantastic, great job!

Never again and not recommended.1. Snags ignored - Don't expect your snags will get fixed (you may need to wait for at least 1 year). what I heard most about my snags (if you are luck to get a reply) are "they are like that, nothing need to be fixed". Snags always got ignored or marked as sovled where nothing is done. 2. No standard specification - various specification were given and when you checked with customer care, they just fooled you around and there is no standard specification at all. 3. Some customer care technicians are here to just whinge about their colleagues and how cheap the products Castle Green provided. In addition it's not their reponsibilites to fix someone else stupid mistakes (this is literally what the technician said which is shocking). it gets me confused what the customer care tenchicnicans are here for. I reported this to customer care team but this is just completely get ignored. 4. handballing repsonsibilities - you are on your own and be prepared you will get fooled around as they always have an excuse.

Another road repair work and Castle Green didn’t have any decency in informing residents, contractors had to knock on to inform us work starting next day where we would have no access to our drive for next few weeks.Thanks Castle Green for yet again for unacceptable customer service! You should be ashamed of yourself! We still have a broken industrial fence where a a huge tree fell through into our garden destroying our trampoline, we’ve chased and chased as the fence was put up by yourselves which you deny and state the land is own by a private company, the information you have was false (no such company exists!)We were hoping to settle into our home by now and 5 years on we still feel so unsettled with no customer service whatsoever!

Hi, just wanted to drop a quick email in order to highlight the outstanding work that your team have done, whilst we were going through the completion of our house the Wiltshire, at Bridgewater View A special mention to go to Kirsten, who throughout has been outstanding, chasing things down, and even when things were not going to plan, she was excellent. Her desire for great customer service is infectious, something I am aware doesn’t necessarily happen all the time, especially in customer centric business’s, however with Kirsten, it does! She has gone above and beyond throughout and kept me updated even when she was on days off. It genuinely felt that she was going through the process with us, and showed empathy, enthusiasm and joy when we finally completed! She is an outstanding member of your team, and it would be amazing if somehow this can be recognised. I appreciate it is her job, but let me assure you, she exceeds expectations and excels at what she does! I’m lead to believe she has now moved site, and she will be a loss to the bridgewater view development, but an asset to her new site. The worst customer service that I have ever come across!!Their attitude towards their customers is shocking when they bother to respond (very rare) and verging on vindictive. From our initial phone call to Kirsten in the sales office our experience so far has been exceptional. Kirsten kindly volunteered to stay late one weeknight so that we could view the show home and from that point forwards the whole process has been made very easy. Even when we had a slight hiccup on our mortgage, Kirsten reassured us that castle green would support us helping to put our minds at rest. Frequent communication also from both Vikki and Kirsten throughout. These two ladies are an asset to castle green, nothing is too much trouble for them even after completion.
