The saga of awful customer service continues.Ignored emails, unanswered telephone calls and constantly broken appointments from customer service. Problems and snags added to their “award winning” portal that get closed prior to rectification and others that simply languish there for months…. (9 months to date and no sign of a fix).Buy a home from this lot at your own risk. Key customer care staff leave and would appear not be replaced meaning it is impossible to get anything of the never ending list of issues fixed.

Visiting their houses in christleton , our dog fell into an open chamber (manhole) the lid had been damaged by a machine and just left ,with all the pieces in the bottom . It open up our poor dog like a can opener. We got to an emergency vet who stitched him up . Our poor dog has a permanent limp and needs constant medication.That said and as much as we love our dog it could have been one of the 2 children playing on top of the bank . As for Castle Green reaction ?They passed it over to their insurersThese guys are seriously iffy .You visit their site mind your step .

Development not completed such as roads and rubbish left by contractor everywhere despite all properties now being lived in for over 12 months. Customer service is terrible, filled with false promises when they even bother to reply.CEO not interested in finishing his developments, defiantly cowboys waiting for the 2 years to pass so then is has to be claimed on the 10 year warranty instead of making the effort to fix the developments or at least finish them to the agreed spec. The don't care about the unfinished spec and the health and safety issues this is causing to the people who live in the properties. If you are thinking of buying a property with them - DONT.

Castle Green Homes,Never Again would I ever buy a house off these people,they have caused a lot of stress in myself and my wife’s life,we bought this House 2 years ago thinking we were going to have a stress free life but we were so wrong,snag after snag,promises promises to rectify them but never have,I have had to rectify myself,extras we paid for i.e.tiling and carpets etc,(I would recommend getting your own)unless you want to be ripped off,I have now have to re-tile the floors because all the tiles they laid which we paid for are lifting from the concrete floor,we reported this problem well within the 2 year warranty but all they have done is fob us off with excuses and now we are left with sorting the problem ourselves,take no notice of the 5 Star reviews as most of them are employees of Castle Green,DON’T BUY A HOUSE OFF THESE PEOPLE,THEY DON’T CARE
