We recently moved into are new home and couldn't recommend Castle Green enough. All the girls on the sales team made the process really easy and kept us informed all the way through and made buying are first home a pressuable experience. The aftercare has been second to none with special thanks to Ryan the building manager, who has promptly sorted out any snags we have had and the very quick responses to any querys and always more than happy to help. If anybody ever asked me to reccomend a builder Castle Green would be top of my list.

Long story short: I am glad that I have chosen a Castle Green property.Buying a dream home is neither a simple nor easy decision to make. For a first-time buyer like me the process is even much more challenging. I am so lucky to have chosen a Castle Green Homes property and I am now living happily in my new home.They provide a wide range of house types for their customers to choose and the building quality is very good to say the least. Surely there were a few snaggings to be rectified after I got my keys back in February but their responses to the reported defects were quick. So after about 2 months everything seemed to be in place and working well. I would say that I love my new home so much that I just can’t wait to go home ASAP everyday to enjoy my lovely living space.What gave me 100% peace of mind was their customer service. First of all, their sales team did an excellent job. Both Vikki and Heather were both very helpful and they answered most of my enquiries very promptly. That made me feel that I was not helpless and they were always there to help.How can I miss to mention Bianca? She simply guided me through the whole process from visiting the showroom, placing deposite, choosing the carpets, tiles and other options, to handing me the keys. Her advices were so invaluable while her suggestions inspiring. That helped me get through the house-purchasing process with easy and peace of mind. I would like to thank her again.Moreover, the customer service does not end there. Natalie was responsible for handling the snaggings and she was another one whom I want to say a big “Thank you”. Like all her colleagues, Natalie is really quick to response to my report of defects. Most problems were fixed and handled within a couple of days. That really helped us build our confidence on both Castle Green and their staff.There were many people from the Castle Green's team who I need to thank, like Geoff who helped me with my washing machine and tumble dryer.Finally if you ask me for recommendation of home builder, Castle Green is always on the top of my list.

Good afternoon,I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Venita and Lucas. They have been exceptional throughout the whole process. Venita has been professional, caring and has made purchasing our new home an amazing experience. She has guided me through every step of the way and has always been available to answer any questions. Lucas, as a point of contact since moving in has made me feel like I’m on a spa break. He has checked in with us everyday and resolved any minor issues. He has highlighted the minor issues before I’ve even had chance to ask. He is exceptional at this job and has made my children and I feel so welcome to be part of the Castle Green development. Family and friends have witnessed first hand just how well we have all been cared for each day. They are both absolute treasures and I couldn’t have done all this as a single mum with three children without them. We took this picture last night in our beautiful new home. I can not recommend Willow fields development in Great Sankey enough. They have been amazing in dealing with our very difficult sale and purchase of the Sandringham. A 5 star experience at Brook Meadow

I purchased a Castle Green home in September 2023. From the first day of reservation, Carol kept me informed with the homes progress and was hugely knowledgeable in all areas of my buying journey. She provided a much needed calming presence when I didn’t understand (It was my first solo house purchase). Once I completed I was handed over to Gethyn and his team, who have been exceptional ever since. I was expecting to have a number of snags but to this day I’ve had very few, a testament to the hard work of the site team. His ongoing support in questions regarding my home has been invaluable. The development is kept immaculate as the build completes. Thank you to all of the team at Castle Green. I know I will love my home for many years to come.

From the moment we entered the sales office Venita and Fiona have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the site and the different properties, they where extremely patient with me whilst I decided which property I would be purchasing. There was a few issues with the willow portal as it was new , but both Venita and Fiona quickly took control and made the necessary arrangements to fix this. At every stage they have been keeping myself up to date and there customer service skill is to be commended. They are a credit to the company and their helpful manner where nothing Is a problem , has made the whole process easy. I would highly recommend them both.

While we can’t buy yet, we’ll choose Castle Green when we can

While our situation has changed, which means we currently cannot continue with the journey of purchasing our new home, when that position changes, Castle Green is the top our of list. Entering the show homes is an experience, styled to very high standards showcasing the full potential of your new living space and very high build standards.However what’s even more incredible is the support of Vicki at Bridgewater View. There was never a feeling of a hard sell but a consultant who was there to guide us through the process of one, being a first time buyer and two, the buying process of of a new build. Any question was answered, reassurances on the process and timelines if we were not able to buy on phase one. Vicki really took the time to explain everything and gave us lots of attention. Given our unique circumstances Vicki went above any beyond in trying to help us secure a plot but because of our selling situation, it didn’t come off (nothing to do with Castle Green). When our position changes we’re looking forward to purchasing with Castle Green in the future!

There was lots of basic issues with the house wrong, where clearly it’s not been checked on handover properly I’ve had defects logged for nearly 12 months with no end in sights After care is definitely an afterthought!!

Having recently purchased a Castle Green property on the Brook Meadow site in Penyffordd, I can honestly say I would highly recommend them. From the start of our purchase, we were kept up to date on the progress by Carol and Fiona. Both members of staff always made themselves available and always on hand to offer support throughout the whole transition prior to completion and beyond, Gethyn and his team have gone above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied. Everything was to the high standards Castle Green homes offer. Although the development is still in full swing, the workmen are extremely curtious and polite at all times. It has been a pleasurable experience, and we are extremely grateful for the Castle Green team for making our house move a smooth and happy experience.

The team at Castle Green have been brilliant and could not have been more helpful throughout our purchase. There were some minor blips related to the new software used to track the progress of the house but the team recognised this and compensated us with money off extras which was much appreciated.
