Willow fields development.Contractors they use are terrible. List is endless but the worst is the window supplier, New View windows.Still waiting for repairs after a year and keep making appointments and then not turning up. Booked so many days off work and they have not turned up and not even let us know they would'nt be coming.

Horrible service and complete disregard for anyone’s time. Purchased a home on Bridgewater view through torus (shared ownership). Multiple houses on Bridgewater view have their driveways dipping from the weight of cars due to improper ground preparation and laying. Partnerships manager arranged multiple times to view the driveway and other defects and never came at the arranged time/date, her response was a busy workload, completely disregarding my time and work. She also arranged for other contracts etc to carry out repairs which didn’t show up when arranged. Complete shambles. She did eventually manage to visit and said the driveway is dipping due to drops of oil from a car. Countless emails and phone calls ignored and complete disregard for anyone’s time. The driveway issue is not in relation to maintenance being carried out on a car, castle green have been provided with images of next doors, adjoining driveway dipping and areas of my driveway dipping where no oil is visible.

Alongside our contractor, we found that the issue was caused by you carrying out maintenance of your car on the driveway. Specifically, there was an indent in the surface from a jack used to prop up the vehicle, as well as oil spillage from your car, both of which contributed to the condition of the driveway.You were advised of the inspection results and asked to escalate your complaint to Torus, who agreed with the decision as the driveway was handed over with no defects. The damage is not covered under your warranty. We understand this situation has been frustrating and are committed to helping where we can.Kind regards,Team CGH

The staff at castle green maes Yr haul have made moving into our first new build easy and pain free. The whole team knew I was due in June and worked towards getting all snags sorted before baby was due. Lucas has answered any queries we have had and made the experience much better. The saga of awful customer service continues.Ignored emails, unanswered telephone calls and constantly broken appointments from customer service. Problems and snags added to their “award winning” portal that get closed prior to rectification and others that simply languish there for months…. (9 months to date and no sign of a fix).Buy a home from this lot at your own risk. Key customer care staff leave and would appear not be replaced meaning it is impossible to get anything of the never ending list of issues fixed.
