We recently purchased a home from Castle Green. We were moving back to the uk from the USA and so the move was quite complicated. Castle Green were very helpful and supportive throughout the process. Since we’ve moved in we’ve been very pleased with the customer service and have to single out Andy Roberts (the deputy site manager) in particular. From day one Andy has been incredibly helpful and kind. He is knowledgable, thoughtful and considerate and nothing seems to phase him. He clearly wants his customers to be totally happy and everything he does is under pinned by that mantra. As we’ve worked through the snagging list it’s been very clear to us that we can trust Andy completely to make sure things get done and get done right. We really can’t say enough good things about him!

After a long 12 months from seeing the development with just a digger on the site have finally moved in to our amazing home The Windsor. We had never purchased a new build before and Heather and Donna have been amazing answering any concerns or queries quickly. They have even listened to our crazy living arrangements whilst waiting for our home to be built! The Windsor has definitely been worth the wait and exceeded our expectations as the layout is unique and suitable for our current and future needs. From the moment we first walked into the sales office, we were treated with a 5 star service. Donna and Heather were on hand to answer all of our initial questions regarding timescales, property sizes and features within the properties. Arrogant ignorant, ignore communications this company is building in Crewe with their contractors MV Kelly Ltd they treat locals like fools, flood everywhere using industrial pumps to clear their mess, don't answer emails, ignore concerns, dump tonnes of excavated clay of top of soil when new home owners buy their house it is just going to have sitting water on top of clay, the plumbing/drainage installed at base build Level is cheap the build of the homes on the far side is laughable if anyone buys one of these without a structural or build report must be mad.

We bought a new build from this company this year. We have had an exceptional service from the sales team (especially Carol), the site manager Gethin and Darren who is Gethin’s second in command. Every niggle, which were minor, have been fixed quickly and without quibble. We were fortunate to buy the show home, so it came with a landscaped back garden. That said the landscaping company did not do a good job with the lawn, and if I knew who they were I would give them a one star. I raised my concerns with Castle Green, and after some discussion they agreed to replace the rear lawn at their expense, using a different firm. The build quality is very good, the sales and support service is excellent and I would highly recommend this company for a new home. Thank you to everyone for our new home.
