I popped to visit Bridgewater View today.All I can say is WOW. Stunning show homes with an excellent selection of 3/4 bedroom homes to choose from. Each style to suit individuals needs. The interiors are finished to such a high standard and the street scene gives a welcoming feeling.Staff friendly and very helpful.

Non existant aftersales service

**UPDATE** This has now been acknowledged by a member of Castle Green's customer care team, I won't name anyone, out of respect. I just hope this can be turned around somehow.We are so incredibly grateful to be living in our new home on the Willow Fields estate in Warrington but the whole snagging experience and aftersales service that we have received has been nothing short of abysmal. Highly escalated issues that have been around for 8 months, no clear complaints procedure, staff turnover is horrific, poor communication from all involved. The stress of everything is really affecting our mental health we have lost so much time chasing for updates only to be told "we'll get back to you soon" it is exhausting.We have even resorted to emailing the directors requesting that someone takes the time to listen to our feedback, but it just falls on deaf ears. Not a 5* builder by any means, we are so disappointed by the lack of care shown by the company, it's not what you expect after parting ways with hundreds of thousands of your hard earned cash.

Don’t Do It, Nightmare Builders

Over 2.5 years since moving and still waiting for snags that were reported immediately to be fixed. Communication is almost non-existent, and any “aftercare” is an after thought. I’d strongly suggest you consider carefully the reviews you see and how they may have been obtained, when any work is completed they actively prompt for a review with a postcard note.

So far so good

So far so good. Our experience from the Sales team Fiona and Venita (St Asaph) has been incredible. Always on hand to answer any questions we may have. We never feel rushed and they're happy to spend as much time as is needed in helping us get to the exchange of contracts stage which is where we are now at. We also had a site visit and managed to arrange to stand on our chosen plot where Lucas showed us round. Again, never felt rushed and he took so much time with us one Saturday morning and was extremely helpful. Cassie also in services managed to sort a little concern we had, all dealt with professionally and swiftly with a satisfactory outcome. Thank you all at Castle Green. Can't wait for late spring/early summer now when we get the keys and I have every confidence that everything will be as smooth and positive as it has been so far.

The trust is gone and patience has ran out

Terrible ‘aftercare’. Once you’ve purchased the home they will happily pop along with their mastic gun to appease you, but any significant snags or issues and they head for the hills. All they do is try to wear you down with unanswered emails, phone calls and home visits that amount to nothing but a waste of your time. You can’t trust Castle Green.

Non existent aftercare service !

The aftercare service is extremely poor, they apply pressure to complete HSBC aftercare surveys asking you to give 5 stars when they haven’t even completed the snagging. They promise everything if you’ll just please give them that 5 star review, and once you’ve completed it they go nothing. 14 months and my snagging still isn’t done and I still have different coloured fence panels which they say will “look the same in a few years”

I would just like to say that since the beginning of June 2021 when we reserved our house in dyserth that we can’t fault how helpful everyone has been at castle green pointing us in the right direction for anything we need or anyone we need to speak to. We are very grateful to carol and Rebecca who was our main point of contacts throughout the build and they was brilliant at updating us with information and updates on the house as it went along! Also Lucas as well! Since we met him during the build and now after we have had completion he has been fantastic helping us with anything and giving us the right information about anything we have been unsure about! He’s definitely a fantastic asset to your team at castle green! We can now enjoy our forever home thank you to everyone!

Don’t waste you money

Don’t waste you money, they build homes that fall apart, now need to rip bath out, as not fitted correctly. Front door also leaks! No pipes in attic connected to the vents!! Water stop tap does not turn water off! Problem after problem! Look the part, but cheaply made! What a joke of a company!!!

Fantastic experience.
