I became tired of repeated bad service after my sale fell through twice, so after some research I decided to go with Carter & Willow. They were honest and professional, and actually answer the phone. Adam handled my sale through thick and thin, as well as a couple legal issues that came up during the process. We finally got the sale over the line for a very good price. Without their hard work and determination, my property would have remained unsold.

GoogleThe best agents hands down. We sold our property within 3 days. I cant fault them. Many issues arose along the way (not their fault) and they were there constantly to reassure me. The estate agent will inflate your house price at the beginning to draw you in and get you on there books. Viewings slow then after a few weeks they will advise you to drop the price. When my time with them was coming to a end I got a call saying someone was interested and made a offer. Then they went all out to push more people through the door. Waited 7 weeks and still no progress with the potential buyer and I believe it was made up to keep my house on there books for a little longer. With another estate agent now, with realistic house price and still not heard about this so called buyer.

GoogleWe went with this estate agent, they were excellent, asa ,rosemary know there trade. Had a open hse 12 couples came and within a week had 10 offers all over the asking price. Job done the lady dealing with the aftersale and receptionist both helpfull.
