As a landlord I am very happy with the Service I am receiving From Carter & willow I have been a landlord for decades and worked with few astate agents before but I couldn't get the service from them like the service i am receiving From Carter & willow Staff are very friendly Specially Danielle Clay when I need help like renewing my property insurance ,property licence, gas certificate and alot more she always helps me doing this things and i want to thank her from here because my English is not 100% I can't do this things on my own basically if you're looking for a good astate agent don't waste your time go to Carter & willow.

We had a fantastic experience with Carter & Willow Estate Agents, and their 4.9 rating is more than justified. One of the standout aspects for us was the quality of the homes they represent. Around 95% of the properties we viewed were of a very high or high-end standard, either beautifully refurbished or clearly well maintained and up to date. It really set them apart from other agents in the area. We had the opportunity to view properties with several members of their team, including Adam Green and Rosie, and every single agent we met was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. However, we ultimately chose a property that was shown to us by their agent Endrit, and we’re very glad we did. Endrit was excellent throughout the entire process. He was professional, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable about the property we chose. He took the time to show us everything in detail and answered all our questions thoroughly. Most importantly, he understood our urgent situation and went above and beyond to help us secure the best deal in a tight timeframe. His support and responsiveness made a real difference. We also want to highlight the sales progression team, Sophie and Megan, who were instrumental in keeping things moving. They liaised effectively with solicitors on both sides and ensured everything progressed as smoothly as possible, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. A big thank you to Endrit in particular, and to the entire Carter & Willow team. We will absolutely be using their services again when it comes to selling in the future or buying in the area. Another point worth mentioning is the quality of their property listings on Rightmove, they are genuinely some of the best we’ve seen. Their adverts consistently include detailed floor plans with measurements for both the front and back of the house, which is something you don’t always get with other estate agents. The photos are also extremely accurate and truly reflect the properties. As part of our journey, we did initially have an offer accepted on a different property through Carter & Willow, which unfortunately fell through due to the seller. Despite this setback, the team were incredibly supportive and quickly helped us find another suitable property, with Endrit stepping in to assist us straight away. Overall, a highly professional, reliable, and proactive estate agent. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Just completed the sale of my late mothers house through Carter & Willow, they were extremely helpful and professional and are very knowledgeable regarding the housing market in Dagenham, I would like to say a special thank you to Sophie B who was a central point of contact between all parties during the sale and made it very easy to go through the whole process. Carter and Willow sold our house recently and are an incredibly helpful and empathetic agent to use . They show patience and understanding and really do help with all the questions I had . Endrit is very helpful and respectful when conducting viewings and also generally a nice person to deal with . Sophie is an asset to the C&W and shows a huge amount of empathy and patience and is so so so helpful throughout the whole process and nothing is to much trouble, she made me feel so much better at times and reassured me with parts of the house sale I didn't understand . Carter & Willow Your property manager for Dagenham has been ignoring my emails, after I requested that my tenancy agreement to be terminated due to the condition of the property and that i would not be able to afford further rent as I have no job again. The property was viewed on my behalf and I wouldn't have ever rent the property if I was the one who viewed it, my cousin was not allowed to make videos and the description of the advert says "2 reception" while it is only one. My dismantled beds didn't fit into the room because of the small doors, now left in the shed with my other furniture in the garden 😪 which is going to get damaged during the winter. The bathroom in the kitchen, visitor's toilet in first floor, I have been sleeping on the sofa in the living room with my toddler as my bed didn't fit in the room & struggle to go to the toilet in 1st floor due to mobility issues. Everyone in the area has condemned the property structure & how the landlord and you as letting agent are not willing to release me of the tenancy. We have only spent 11 days in the property and it has been hell living mostly when my car got smashed in our first night, I have tried to self harm myself and my BP has rise which landed me at the hospital due to lack of sleep and crying 😢 I have asked for my deposit to be refunded & whatever the weeks left out of my 1 month rent so I can move in with my mom pending the time I get better and find a new job to be able to rent again. My kids need to be in school by next month and this need to be sorted out at our new location but you are not been fair, you are inhumane by insisting not to release me. My mental health has been toyed with and emotions has been unstable since I got here, I literally spent 2 night at the hospital as I nearly have panic attack from unstable mind. Should anything happen to me or my kids, your company will be hold responsible, I have let the world know of what is going on and they are all with me.

The best agents I’ve had

The best agents I’ve had! Early days still but Danielle and her team have secured tenants who are well able to afford the market rent, in a highly efficient and professional manner (move in within 2 weeks ie much faster than previous agents I’ve had). Danielle has promptly and easily solved every ‘problem’ that I’ve had eg hole in carpet, new kitchen cabinet not having gap for piping for washing machine, my contractor having an emergency and not being able to finish last few small jobs, within a day or two at a price that I feel is far more reasonable than what other agents would have charged me. Shout out to Adam as well who visited to discuss the plan for securing good tenants too. Danielle is highly knowledgeable and uptodate with landlord responsibilities too - she has made me aware of things other agents have not told me about. She has a wonderful manner with my tenants and I feel they are in great hands with Danielle’s management team. I could not recommend her more highly!
