We recently used Carter & Willow to sell our property, and we are so glad that we did! We chose them based on their locality to our property, and the professionalism shown by Asa at our initial meeting/valuation. They were proactive from the offset, and we had numerous viewings (and subsequent offers) within days. Their great service didn't stop there - throughout the whole process Rosie and Sophie went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the sale went through swiftly and with as little stress as possible. I have used numerous Estate Agents over the years, and I can honestly say that Carter & Willow have offered by far the best service of them all. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Since my first bad experience, I realised that estate agents are just glorified car salesman - but Asa proved me wrong. He is someone with integrity and has established his own company through honesty and sheer hard work. He helped us through from start to finish and was always answering emails and calls. He made house buying look so easy, i hardly broke a sweat! @Rosie was the initial estate agent I met on the viewing - she was incredibly professional/friendly and made the viewing experience very pleasant. @Sophie was in regular contact with me once the sales memo had been sent out and made me feel reassured throughout the whole process. She was also very persistent chasing solicitors on both ends, which largely sped up the sale. @Asa massively helped out printing and organising my documents in the office a day before completion and was very friendly. What can I say about Carter & Willow…..what a wonderful team to work with, they always provided a A1 service, weather it was a question, concern or advise, nothing was to much.  Always followed up on any queries and helped with explaining the legal stuff.  Asa was our initial contact and always gave good advice, as we were not sure initially if we was going to rent or sell.  Rosie then took over, she conducted the house viewings and always respected our wishes especially during this pandemic.  Rosie even pulled it out the bag when out 1st buyer pulled out, she found us a new buyer within two days which helped us massively when it came to our purchase of our new home. The whole process from start to end was without any trouble. When we viewed the property one of the team members showed us everything in detail and answered all the questions on spot. I have recently sold my House using Carter Willow.After speaking to several estate agents I was most impressed with Adam’s sales pitch for using Carter and Willow and decided to use them.After completing the paperwork I was most impressed with Endrit’s drive and determination in arranging an open house at short notice and giving me the heads up on the bids that had been placed on the house.As a Negotiator Endrit was superb in agreeing the best sale price for the house which I was happy with.He kept me informed on the progress of the sale and along with Louise I was comfortable that the sale would go through without any hitches.I would have no hesitation in using Carter and Willow if I decide to move again in the future.

I cannot rate Carter and Willow highly enough. As a first time seller, they held my hand through the whole process. From Adam who did the initial valuation and explained the marketing procedure. Then Rosie who took over the viewings and negotiated with the buyers and, finally, Sophie who handled the sales completion and my endless questions!
