Firstly to Danielle Campbell for her exceptional work behind the scenes, who project managed staging the property so well I could be almost completely hands off (so much so I took a holiday!) She connected all the stakeholders, coordinated repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and photos - meaning the property looked amazing and we had a superb response when we went to market. Secondly to Endrit for really working hard coordinating viewings, feedback, and providing regular email and spoken updates - fantastic job. I've met the manager Asa a number of times and I really rate him - he hires well, is honest and has strong integrity, and has created a strong positive culture of genuine, authentic people who really try to do their best for you in a busy market. I'm a picky person and interviewed a number of estate agents before choosing Carter & Willow - and feel I made the right decision- I've had complete peace of mind and have nothing but good things to say. 5* house selling experience.

GoogleAfter an initial rocky start, I am so pleased I persevered with Carter and Willow.
Two members of the team are absolutely outstanding, Carter and Willow really should do everything in their power to retain both Rosie and Sophie.
Having been at the point of exchange after tireless efforts from Sophie, the buyer pulled out of the sale which had been rumbling for 3 months.
Enter Rosie, within 48 hours, she had booked 9 viewings and within 36 hours we received 7 offers!
Sophie then picked up again and was honestly outstanding, I spoke to/messaged her more than my friends or family between October 20th and today! She went way over and above in her efforts, constantly pushing the sale through and acting as the conduit between solicitors as if this were her own house!
Rosie & Sophie, really cant thank you enough, without you both there is no way the sale would have completed today.
