GoogleAbsolutely fantastic agents. From the very beginning Asa (the manager) was warm, to the point and helpful without a pushy sales pitch, which was in direct contrast to other local agents I spoke to. Throughout the process everyone was easy to deal with, polite and went above and beyond to make my sale go smoothly. Special thanks to the sales progressor Sophie who was an absolute star all the way, pushing things through quickly and professionally whilst maintaining clear communication and reassuring me when I needed it. She made sure I was kept up to date all the time and dealt with any queries and questions in a really reassuring way. I would have no hesitation in using Carter & Willow again in the future - a completely different take on the "traditional" estate agent.

GoogleI have used Carter & Willow for the past year and they have been faultless. All issues dealt with. Thorough checks. Warm and easy to speak to. They found me great tenants and it’s made being a landlord very easy. Their costs are good and straight forward. I now have a good working relationship with Danielle and Asa there but all staff have been great. There’s no pressure or selling just good honest advice and perfect customer service. GoogleI can’t begin to thank Carter and Willow for their outstanding work in selling my aunties property- A real team effort. This was a sensitive sale due to my auntie going into care. The sale from start to finish was all wrapped up within 8 weeks. I have sold properties and purchased properties over the years, never have I ever trusted any estate agent up until now. I highly recommend this estate agents.
