Googledisgusting! tried to buy a property through peter alan cwmbran. comunication between the agents working there is virtually non existant as was promissed call backs that never happened, had to phone them 4-5 times per day only to be met by voicemail. offer was rejected due to being "first time buyer" and "not about the money" altough they were fully aware of that before even arranging the viewing. why waste our time?? dubious bussiness to say the least!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GooglePlease, do not rent with Peter Alan. We have had the worst experience ever with them, that has left us feeling disheartened. We had to move out as the property we were renting was being sold, but according to Peter Alan we still live there and owe them rent - although both the landlord and us have contacted them consistently to explain the situation. We have not been given our deposit back because of this. We are very upset and the issue is still ongoing. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please avoid!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Listening to her guide potential buyers around our home, knowing the Ins and Outs of everything and being able to freely answer questions, made us feel like our home was her only listing and her number one priority. GoogleOur first booking for a viewing with Peter Alan and we hung around between viewings in Cwmbran for four hours as we live quite far away. Just to be told 2 minutes before the viewing was due to take place that they didn't have the keys for the property. Very poor rookie mistake. One has to ask if they make this kind of mistake at viewing stages what are they like in the closing stages. Poor at best, will not be returningNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleHow many stars is it acceptable to give (DEDUCT) when you have keys to a property but can’t move in due to the filthy state it was left in? During a global pandemic you’d think cleanliness would be a bare minimum requirement.. yeh? But no. It would be nice to know if the property owner is aware of how Peter Alan Cwmbran allow their property to be kept. And also what the so called ‘third party’ who signed it off as ‘professionally cleaned standards’ were inspecting as it certainly wasn’t this property. Cobwebs (the tenant had been gone a few days not months), food crumbs on sills, drink spills down walls. Not to mention a grease filled oven. Appalled doesn’t cover it and I certainly wouldn’t recommend Peter Alan to anyone . Unless of course you want to hire your own painters and cleaners and have a spare house to live in whilst you completely renovate a property you are renting??? And of course if you like to speak with a manager to be met with attitude and ‘we will see what we can do’ approach, questioning cleanliness?! , then of course Peter Alan are the ones for you. I don’t at all slate the service received from James Graham. But for the company to allow someone to leave a property so dirty and to allow someone to move into it without a second guess is truely awful. James Graham, in particular, has been superb in making the process of securing our tenancy be as smooth and painless as we could hope.
