I’ve recently viewed several houses for sale with Georgia from Peter Alan. Georgia is friendly and welcoming, and knowledgeable about the houses that she is showing. Georgia is also very prompt with communication via phone and email. Upon finding the house we wanted to offer on, Georgia went above and beyond to help and reassure us through quite a stressful process. We’ve been incredibly impressed with the service at Peter Alan. We began March incredibly frustrated with the service from another estate/rental agents who seemed to be unconcerned whether they sold or rented out our property and who didn’t seem to feel the need to inform us or update at all. We’ve ended March so impressed with the exceptional service at PA, especially by Niall, that we’ve not only rented the property out with them but have transferred two more of our tenants to them. We’ve been continually updated with progress, the process was explained well with Niall going out of his way to bring documents to us and our tenants for signing and even arranging keys to be collected from our previous agent. He’s worked late and at weekends to ensure the handovers have gone smoothly and his work ethic is exceptional. Outstanding service, highly recommend

Terrible service from the rental team after a month handing the keys back of my rental property and the landlord agreeing to all the bond being returned I’m still waiting to have the money returned. The team are not willing to help and just keep saying it could take up to 12 weeks to have the money returned!!!! The only helpful lady was in accounts saying that it hasn’t been refunded due to an error on Cwmbrân Peter Allan rentals that is awaiting a director/ regional manager authorisation. She actually looked into the situation and had to email them to try and get it sorted….The two women I spoke too over the phone in the Cwmbran office not interested in helping people they just want to pass the buck by telling people they have to wait up to 12 weeks for their bond to be returned…….disgusting

James has been an incredible contact at Peter Alan, he has helped my partner and I to secure our dream property! He squeezed us into view the house and patiently waited for us to arrive as we got stuck in traffic. He has answered all our queries via email or phone very quickly and we couldn't have asked for better service. Once I signed the contract to hire their services they were extremely incompetent. Even though they knew that I needed a quick sale to secure my new 'dream home' they took ages to get photos and advertising done and only only organised one viewing in 6 weeks . Consequently I lost the chance to buy the house I wanted😥. I 'll give them one star for their competence in getting me into the office to sign the contract!

Thank you to all at the branch especially Karen. Karen has been absolutely outstanding. In the process of purchasing 2 garages, one went through smoothly the other one has been nothing but a headache for Karen and constantly kept me updated and informed whilst always being happy and upbeat even though one seller has been nothing but rude towards her, when it's paperwork from the seller we are waiting on. She honestly has been an absolute superstar, this branch is a credit to Peter Alan and should most definitely be awarded branch of the month/year. Very slow in response, had a worst landlord in the world and the agents could not help or did not show any responsible. They let us in move in a property there was not heating working and it took six weeks before it was sorted. We did vacate the property two weeks ago and still not had a check out process, have not had our deposit yet. Definitely not recommended.

(Lowlands road)Viewed the property twice, we did everything our end that was required. Put down holding deposit to then be told our moving date is now a different date, we accepted that things happen and was fine with it, few days on another call to say landlord wanted kitchen ripped out and redone because of damp?landlord offered a rent free week?? (on the day we was suppose to move in) we obviously was not happy and told them how we felt. No apology. Nothing. Requested my deposit back. Drove past and noticed house is now up for let AGAIN!.... massive con! Terrible business! Luckily we found a nearby house with a fantastic agency. Lucky escape! Be careful. Would not recommend

I cannot recommend Nathan Scola enough for Mortgage Services. Nathan went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty in our opinion to sort out a suitable mortgage for us as we were difficult customers ! Nathans down to earth personality and very professional attitude made the whole process stress free, he constantly put our minds at ease and kept us informed right the way through the process.
