GoogleI recently completed the purchase of my house through Peter Alan and couldnβt be happier with the service I received. Samuel Cox, my mortgage advisor, was fantastic, very quick in processing everything, always approachable, and supportive throughout the entire process, clarifying all my doubts along the way. Ryan and Georgia were excellent in arranging viewings and helping with all the necessary steps, making the process smooth and stress-free. Every member of the Peter Alan team I interacted with was helpful and friendly; if I ever had a question, they guided me efficiently and coordinated seamlessly with my solicitors. Overall, the whole experience was made easy, professional, and reassuring thanks to their dedication. I would highly recommend Peter Alan to anyone buying or selling a property!

GoogleI would strongly recommend not using this company. They are all about making promises and not keeping them. Poor support when needed. Expensive and misleading mortgage advice and all about the up sells. They recommended a partner solicitor, who was useless, gave the impression that their mortgage advice was included in the sale which it isn't and it's very expensive and provided nothing you couldn't do for yourself. Also be prepared to do ALL the hard work yourself if you want your sale to go through. Also be aware their portal, which they don't update unless you chase them to do it, costs you extra. Shop around and make sure you ask for the FULL version of all terms otherwise you might MISS some fees that you weren't expecting. Avoid!

GoogleI cannot thank Niall and Kaeden for their help in securing a property for me and partner.
I am relocating from London to Wales to live with my partner and I had only 2 Β½ months to find a property due to work commitments.
They are both professional, very helpful and continuously kept us in the loop when properties were available.
They were very understanding of our situation and our needs/requirements we needed for our property they were keen to help us find a home.
Yesterday Kaeden showed my partner around a property and within an hour and half we had been accepted.
We all the estate agents we have been talking to (and some have been very shocking) PA Cwmbran office have been the best. Could not fault their service.

GoogleI had two property viewings scheduled today with Peter Alan (24 Tydies at 11:00 and 9 Cilgerran Court at 11:30). I arrived on time, in fact, 10 minutes early, but there was no sign of an agent, no call, and no communication whatsoever. I waited for an hour, attempting to give them the benefit of the doubt, but nobody ever showed up.
This is highly unprofessional and a complete waste of time. If they cannot manage basic punctuality and communication for scheduled viewings, it does not inspire confidence in their service or reliability

We're sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your recent experience, but we would like to clarify that our team member Kaci was at the property scheduled appointment time, alongside the vendor, who awaited your arrival for over 30 minutes. This was after confirming the viewing that same morning. When you did not arrive, Kaci then proceeded to the next property you were also scheduled to view, and unfortunately, you did not attend that one either.
Kaci made attempts to contact you during this time but received no response.

GoogleNiall/Cameron gave us a first class service. They were always very quick to respond to queries/questions we had in regards to our search for a rental house.
In fact the whole office team were very warm and welcoming from the start.
Niall/Cameron were on the boil with everything and have restored our faith in Estate agents...having having bad experiences with other agents when selling or renting in the past.
They were very efficient and professional in all of their undertakings and nothing was too much trouble.

FacebookRequested a valuation - given a date when representative arrived. Assured that I would receive a valuation by the end of that day after he had spoken with colleagues. Heard nothing. Rang twice over the next week to enquire why I had not been contacted. Was informed the person was sick and assured I would be called. This was weeks ago now and still heard nothing from them. Won't be bothering this estate agent ever again. Totally unprofessional.
