Great customer service from everyone we dealt with. Making an appointment with Claire in branch was very simple and accommodating. Lana came to value our property and also provided us with an overview of the selling process with Peter Alan. She gave us a good insight into property values within our area. The ‘Best price guide’ pack was a great touch and an interesting read. We would be first time sellers and so I had a lot of questions, Lana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We have decided not to sell our property yet but would definitely seek the help of Peter Alan when we do in the future.

Just bought our first home through Peter Alan. The staff were all helpful and friendly, despite me nervously calling or emailing near daily! Adam Fall especially was incredible. He responded to my emails quickly and with more information than I got from others on what was happening. I cannot thank him enough for his professional and friendly service. He made a very stressful time, a lot easier with his support. Thank you Adam!

Excellent Service! Nathan Scola has been a consumate, professional yet personable advisor with respect to the services he has provided. In order to proceed with my plans, Nathan worked extremely hard with good humor to determine the very best deal and option for my requirements. I am new to Peter Alan Cwmbran and was happy with the service levels provided and equally the regional office services provided as I am not based in Wales. I would recommend Nathan Scola and the services of Peter Alan.

I was so fortunate to have the service provided by such willing and kind people at PA. Me and my partner had been looking for somewhere to rent for around 6 months and within this period I had help from 2 gentleman from PA and they were very thoughtful and persistent with helping us find somewhere. They were always welcoming when I popped in for a quick conversation to clarify things. They also were fantastic at talking me through very step answered every question I had (and I had many as I was a first time renter). They were so professional yet friendly through every encounter. I massively appreciate all their help. Highly highly recommend. (Give 6 stars if I could) x

Heidi Jenkins, a company asset. We have just sold our house in Cwmbran through Peter Alan. Heidi was appointed as our sales progressor. Throughout the process she has been honest, supportive, hard working and available at all times. This ladies customer service skills are second to none. Thank you Heidi for your support through the trauma of selling a property.

Couldn’t have received a better service. Had a valuation from Niall and his knowledge and approach was outstanding. Never had a valuation from Peter Alan before so was a bit nervous but he put me at ease and made sure he went through everything with me and left me with no qualms. Amazing!

Niall Edwards showed myself and my parents around a property today and he was very welcoming and let us feel comfortable to ask any questions. He explained everything to us and made us feel at ease. He is an asset to the team. Would definitely recommend Peter Alan company because of him.

I’m a first time buyer and had an amazing experience with Katie Smith, one of their Sales Negotiators in Cwmbran branch. Her customer service is outstanding, very helpful, attentive and professional. Well done Peter Alan for hiring her as a team member. She is definitely an asset to the company.

I’ve got to give Niall (Negotiator) in the Cwmbran office 5 stars! Very attentive, understanding and refreshing to be around when being shown around on viewings. No pressure from him, great positive attitude and nothing was too much to ask, especially with me firing a million and one questions at him! 😂 I wish him all the best in progressing into his career in the property industry - what a credit to the Cwmbran team!
