GoogleI phoned 3 times begging for a viewing for an empty property. I was told that they weren't allowed to do viewings even though I quoted what the Welsh Assembly said regarding this. I told them that I had sold my property during lockdown and social distancing had been adhered. I was never once offered a virtual viewing. I found out yesterday that the property I was desperate to view has had an offer accepted. I will NEVER recommend any branch of Peter Alan and will tell everyone I know not to use them because if this is the way they treat a cash buyer, then how do they treat the seller? To me, it's a way to print easy money for doing nothing!!!NegativeQuality

GoogleBullied Viewed a house. Greeted by being told there was a 2nd viewing which did nothing to inspire me. To be honest if I want a house I will make an offer I feel is appropriate. Sales person tried, a little late to be friend me which I actually found quite disconcerting at best. Oddly the very popular house that had had a lot of interest is now reduced by £5k and that is within 10 days of going on the market so overpriced at best.

GoogleSince making contact with Peter Alan Cwmbran we have felt respected and heard. Although we didn't feel a sense of urgency, the staff have cracked on with eagerness not wanting to let the grass grow. The initial appointment was quickly made. Hannah arrived at each appointment on time, with a friendly, positive, helpful attitude. We were not rushed and care was taken by Hannah as she came to understand our situation and steer us through the steps toward putting our home on the market for sale. I'm sure she has many homes to sell therefore has to manage many home owners wanting to sell, but I truly felt that she did want to bring not only a steadfast determination to help us move on, but also an honest interest in helping us to understand the process and be a part of it. We have been kept informed at each step and have been given guidelines to help us in the sale of our home. I feel this endeavor helps us to participate and not just hand it over to the professionals, if that makes sense. We are most happy with the photographs that shows our home in a good light, in fact the sales particulars look so good we would buy it! Now we look forward to welcoming potential buyers.

GoogleRe: Cwmbran branch purchase of a property in Pontypool. After agreeing to offer the asking price there was a slight concern with the survey, at which time I phoned and emailed peter alan to discuss. I was blatantly ignored for 9 days, then I phoned again to retract my offer. 4 days after this my mortgage advisor was sent an email by Hannah asking if I was still buying.... she was answered honestly and promptly. and another 4 days later still no reply. Corporate estate agents will treat you like dirt. Find a privately owned one where you will be treated with respect.

GoogleI was viewing a property in the Tower in Cwmbran and being shown around by Jade. She was warm and welcoming and answered all the questions I had regarding the property. I asked if there were any others like this around and she recommended me another one, we arranged a viewing for the same night and I was blown away. Again, she was very knowledgeable of the property and answered all my queries regarding the rental process. The morning after I called up and Jamie assisted me with securing the property. He was very professional but made me feel very comfortable with the process. When I popped into the branch to finish all the paperwork they welcomed me in and I didn't feel any pressure as I signed for the flat. The whole process was simple and without the help of Jade and Jamie I wouldn't be renting a flat as nice as I am. I can't thank them enough.

GoogleAfter being let down by another lettings agency, James Graham at Peter Alan assisted quickly to get a new home sorted for my partner and I (a week turn around!). All processes to sign and complete paperwork/payment where super easy and all staff at Peter Alan where and continue to be responsive and helpful with any query we have regarding our rented property.

GoogleJust devastated our life’s in a one minute. This people are totally ridiculous. Hang over a deposit above one month ago. We are given a notice our current landlord move on. At the last minute this people said that the property what we deposit no longer available. What a terrible day.

GoogleWhat a dreadful experience. The Sales Negotiator pressured us to see The Mortgage Services Consultant dispite us telling her that we had already sourced a mortgage. We eventually made an appointment just to get her off our backs (we later cancelled it). The real icing on the cake however was when she referred to properties within our budget as "cheap". Never again will I set foot in a Peter Alan Branch #rude
