GoogleNo attempt of building a rapore between agent and client. Failed to proactively work on my behalf. I continuously asked on updates and had to encourage Peter Alan to get things done repeatedly. When I specifically wanting to speak to someone I was politely told they would ring back, however after hearing this on multiple occasions with NO return phone call it became slightly frustrating. Lacked professionalism and work ethos.

GoogleHe may be fairly young and new to the company but Codie did a really great job! He was very attentive to our needs, returned every phone call and email as soon as possible, and found us a place in no time at all. Very friendly and up for a laugh, but good at his job

GoogleAvoid Peter Alan cwmbran like the plague. Do not sign with them they will have you tied in for 20 weeks of hell and hound you before you sign and suddenly when you sign there will be no one buying blame you for it all and then fall off the face of the earth. No contact apart from.resending the same report over and over again. Disgusting

GoogleHad a viewing with James from the lettings department and he was very friendly. Took the time to walk around with us but also let us have a look on our own. We didn't feel rushed or that we had to hurry for other viewings. Would use them again. Thanks again James

GoogleExcellent service!. Living away from the property I was selling, it was difficult for me to visit and make arrangements for the sale of my house, however the team of P. Alan Cwmbran's branch stepped in and made arrangements and necessary repair/cleaning and other work making the property ready for sales, overall very pleased with the helpful and professional service I received!
