Thorntons took responsibility for our property deeds when the solicitors we used to buy the property merged with them. That was decades ago so I recently contacted Thorntons to check all was well. Hannah Ogilvie and Heather McKenzie were both great and I now have photocopies of the deeds etc. It was a very generous and efficient response and service.
