I have known Sandy Grant on a professional basis for many years. I opted to elect Sandy to handle my purchase as I had witnessed first hand how efficiently he dealt with cases referred to him where there was a time limited period between reservation and completion, or where the case was potentially complicated. He was dealing with my case during Covid 19 and the closure of the Land registry. Despite various restrictions, he achieved settlement and I am very happy in my flat.

Thorntons conveyancing team (Wendy for my sale, Lucy for my purchase) made the whole process very stress free.Although my sale was pretty straightforward Wendy explained the whole process in plain English and clarified any queries I had.My purchase had a few problems.
