Following an injury which my daughter had sustained due to an accident, they guided us through the claim process clearly and took responsibility for arranging all medical assessments and necessary paperwork. They kept in touch regularly to advise of the stage our claim was at and to recommend the next course of action. We were simply looking to recoup our costs but we received substantially more in our award. Thornton's ensured that a very stressful experience for our family was made considerably easier.

Thorntons lawyers really helped me to get justice after an accident i was involved in and it was great peace of mind knowing that they had my back , i found out the hard way that other lawyers were happy to charge 30%+ but when it looked like they might have to actually do some work they reneged so i contacted Gary mannion as he had represented me previously and they happily took my claim on ..they gave me excellent support and advice when i was going to cancel the claim due to harassment and threats from the other person and im happy to say JUSTICE WAS DONE getting some financial restitution was a BRUCEY BONUS but the main thing was winning and an end to the harassment so thanks to shaista for everything

We had Lucy as our solicitor and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We were first time buyers and Lucy laid down all the steps we had to take and walked us through the whole process which made it easy for us to understand. She was always there on the end of the phone if we needed it and was very quick to respond to our emails when questions needed answered. We had our troubles throughout the purchase from the selling solicitors but Lucy remained calm and cool and kept our spirits up along the way and the positive news coming our way as soon as she got it.Would highly recommend and would use Thornton’s again when we purchase our next property.

Very bad service. I had an accident in November 2021 and signed up with them to deal with my case. For weeks I had no response to any of my emails, they failed to deal with my claim appropriately, failed to fight my case and when I asked to do things or to reply , they ended my contract. Wasted 6 months of my life for nothing!! Avoid at all cost!
