Injury claims are daunting. Not with Thorntons...I was referred to Thorntons via word of mouth and couldn't have been happier with both the personable service and of course positive outcome. From my experience, a personally injury claim is not a fast paced process. Its not a get rich quick scheme and most certainly relies on integrity, evidence and confidence. Integrity from the start knowing that you are doing the right thing and being honest from the word go. Making sure you document as much as possible (e.g pictures, screenshots, keep records of communications). Simply have confidence in Thorntons to do the job for you. Full credit to both Michael who initiated my injury claim and to Richard who took on the case for the remainder of the process. We had regular updates, check ins over the phone and both written and email communications just ticking all the boxes required along the way. Be Confident in who you chose to help get your future back on track. Chose Thorntons.

Turnaround of getting the property to market was efficient and organisation of the viewings was without any complications. The 3 stars are for the property shop. after 18 months of my house being on the market I received an offer. The property had to have a home report update, when the new valuation came back, it was lower than the original. Had it been this valuation at the outset, the property would have sold 2 months after going on the market, I had a higher offer then. I would suggest that you do not accept the seller's valuation if you think it is too high.My solicitor would have got 5 stars for her conveyancing skills.

My solicitor made the process feel effortless and organised everything on my behalf, he was also very patient with me if I didn't get in contact for a few days due to where I work. I never had to set foot in Thorntons' buildings, all of their representatives and independent advisors came to me. My case was resolved in around 2 years because I wanted to give my solicitor plenty of legroom to get the best outcome, but during that time I was stress-free as I knew I was completely looked after.

We sold our house through Thorntons Estate Agents and received the help of their lawyers for conveyancing for both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Our property sold within a week. The buyer was on Thorntons Estate Agents mailing list and received an email about our property within a couple of days of our house going on the market. It was amazing, everything on the day of the sale went through without a hitch. We had to be out of our old house and into our new house all on the same day. Thorntons took care of everything and by the afternoon we had the keys to our new house and were moved in by tea time.The team of Solicitors and staff are very knowledgeable and I credit them with the quick turnaround and smooth running of the whole process.
