We sold our flat in the New Town of Edinburgh on 24th October and Hannah Fraser carried out the conveyancing for us having previously carried out the conveyancing for us when we bought our family home. No query was too much trouble and everything proceeded quickly to conclusion of missives and then completion on 22nd November just four weeks after the closing date of offers. Most importantly Hannah addressed and replied to all our calls and emails very promptly. Although she is clearly very busy, Hannah makes you feel as if your concerns are the most important thing that she has to deal with!

This company was outstanding and by far the best firm of solicitors I've used ever.I was purchasing a property in Scotland and I dealt with three different people within the company due to many reasons but the main one being Covid 19. I recently decided to move and chose Thornton’s to handle the sale of the property. I was very happy with the service during the sale, so much so that I also used Thornton’s to handle my purchase.
