I can’t thank Hayley the negotiator I dealt with who got me the best price for my property in such a quick time that enabled me to get the house I wanted! We sold our house in less than 2 weeks, the team at Haybrook's worked extremely hard to keep our sale and purchase on track during a very complex and stressful time. A big thank you to Vanessa for all her hard work negotiating with both our vendors and purchasers with some very major issues out of our hands. She went above and beyond to keep everyone informed and keep solicitors and mortgage advisors updated where necessary in a very long chain. Now we are in, we never thought that completion day would ever come, even up until the 11th hour. This is not something we would like to experience again in a long time, I think your team and our family have aged several years!!!

Really happy with the way the team helped me with the sale of my late mother’s house. They were all very professional from start to finish on what at times was a sale that had a few problems. I was kept informed every step of the way from when the house first went on the market, the number of viewings booked in and any offers made. Rachel Bamford has been an absolute star throughout the process. She gave sound professional advice about the market (prices, target market, advice on photos and info to be included in the property details etc) and had obviously researched the area well. The whole team were amazing when it came to putting together the marketing video and details, we feel they represented the property at its best. Rachel kept us well informed throughout the process. We’ve sold properties with other estate agents in the past but can honestly say we wouldn’t use anyone else now.

Nicola Siddall Negotiator at Crystal Peaks is a credit to your company. without her assistance over the past 2 weeks I would not have purchased my dream home. She has the skills to make you feel important and wanting to help in anyway she can. She is also a great negotiator as I feel she got the best price for her client without making me feel pressured. Over the past 14 months I have dealt with several negotiators from other estate agents and none come close to having the abilities Nicola has. Me and my wife have always been happy with the service given at the crystal peaks branch. We dealt with Nicola Siddall when buying our first home and then again when we sold our home and upgraded to our new home. Nicola helped us on finding an ideal home for the first time buyer. So I know no one has high hopes for estate agents but I really did not think they would be this unprofessional. I cannot imagine another agency not communicating with each other and be so disorganised as this branch. I called to put an offer in to a house and a gentleman took my details. Yet when my husband followed up with it, apparently I magically didn’t phone/ it didn’t exist. If you ever have the displeasure to deal with Nicola Siddall please avoid. She only acts in the interest of the vendors and offers no solutions despite buyers being just as valuable in the process as vendors. She is just very rude in general and will badger you. I guess be aware of all of this if you have to choose these estate agents. Take your business elsewhere otherwise or ask for another agent.
