From start to finish the service received from Haybrooks has been amazing. The professionalism shown from Nicola Siddall from our first meeting did not fail to deliver exactly what was promised. Nicola’s has such a friendly approach and a vast amount of knowledge which makes the whole process a truly enjoyable experience. It has been a complete pleasure working alongside her. We cannot thank her and the team at Crystal Peaks enough for regular communication and updates around the sale of our property. I would recommend them everyday of the week, and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We’re to start… We honestly can’t recommend Haybrooks enough. We had a recently bad experience with estate agents in the past which put us on edge, as soon as we dealt with the team they was so warm and welcoming from day 1. Then we began to deal with Nicola solely regarding the purchase of our property. She has been nothing but AMAZING, constant communication and really helping us throughout, she really routed for us in getting our dream home and helped us accomplish this. The lady we dealt with was called Nicola Siddall, since purchasing any questions we’ve had she’s always been at hand, nothings ever been too much and I honestly believe she’s been our angel. Cannot recommend Haybrooks at Crystal Peaks enough. After 23 years of the same house Nikki came to see us and gave us the confidence to put our family home on the market. Nikki got the valuation and pictures spot on and our house was sold in 5 weeks for the asking price. I must point out 5 other similar houses on the same estate went on the market at the same time and ours was the only one that sold without having to be reduced. My husband and I feel this is purely down to Nikki and her valued experience. We would also like to thank Nicola for her patience and efficency on managing the sale so quickly. Last but not least I would like thank Kim for her endless patience and empathy over the last few weeks. Kim calmed me down and re-assured us on numerous occasions and was an excellent communicator between us and our buyers. I recently put an offer in on a property which has been accepted by the vendor and already the service has been great. Due to work, I am very busy and unavailable for the majority of viewing slots. However, Haybrook were brilliant and worked around my schedule so I could view the property. The shining light for Haybrooks of the whole process has been without doubt Sam Reaney & his crew at the Crystal Peaks branch. this guy has been the ultimate professional, keeping us informed on a very regular basis & juggling with two lots of solicitors who do not always want to do what you want them to do in the time frame you want it .....if you get my drift !!!. I am a big believer in the fact that most people are very quick to criticise & complain but never perhaps put the same effort into saying "Thank-You" & well done. This is probably backed up by the fact that companies have complaint procedures but not compliment procedures . So it's a big thank-you & to reiterate just how good Sam has been with both our sale & us as customers..
