I’ve recently sold my deceased mum’s house with this branch. I’ve had no dealings in the property market for nearly 30 years so was pretty much a property virgin. The process was made so easy by the team with regular updates on viewings and good honest points made. We have recently sold our property with Haybrooks Crystal Peaks branch. We have been delighted with the high standard of service we have received. Sam the branch Manager talked us through everything prior to putting our property on the market. He took fantastic photographs and marketed our property to its full advantage. He kept in touch with us every step of the way, keeping us informed. Dan was lovely and did some viewings for us and chased everyone up for feedback and was supportive to us during the sale. Once a sale was agreed Vanessa was brilliant keeping us informed of the progression of the sale. We couldn’t have asked for more. All the staff are great and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

I am currently in the process of buying and selling a home with Haybrook. I was initially going to go with Purple Bricks but Rachel at the branch convinced me they were the best agents for the job. And she was right! I received an offer on my house within five days and I’m now in the process of buying my dream home. They have been amazing and very professional from the start. Nicola is fantastic and has gone the extra mile for us, even working on her day off to secure a sale on my property. They keep in touch most days and nothing is too much for them. The mortgage adviser Stacey, who is based in their office, has also been excellent. I would highly recommend Haybrook Crystal speaks and would not hesitate to use them again.

Me and my husband sold our house through Haybrook. Rachel came to value our property and take our photos. Rachel was lovely, she explained the process to us so we were clear what the steps were and made us feel at ease. For viewings and general information we were liasing with Danny and Hayley. They were both brilliant, keeping in regular contact with us all the way through the sale ensuring we had everything we needed and helping us with our new property search. I would definitely use Haybrook again, if I decided to move in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

While looking for a property to let we decided to try Haybrooks our first contact was Nicola Siddall who from the off was polite and extremely helpful. She gave us good advice from the start sending us to their financial adviser Stacey Hague who again was extremely helpful while also explained our options. A suitable property was suggested which we visited within a few days. Nicola showed us around constantly advising us of options she was polite and very easy to talk to making us feel comfortable in our discussions. Within days we were well on the way to buying the property. So when a second property came up we were comfortable going through the process again. I must also add that when ever we visited the office which was several times everyone was very polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend Haybrooks at Crystal Peaks and Nicola Siddall.

We purchased a property via Haybrooks which recently completed. The process of the move itself was somewhat difficult as there were a number of unforeseen circumstances along the way but without question the time and attention we were given by the team at Haybrooks made the experience a whole lot better than it could have been. They were on top of every aspect of what ended up being a 6 month move but were kept informed at all times. Progress reports were honest, open and direct which is how I prefer to be during this sort of process. Right from the start of the agreement to purchase my property, Vanessa Short was there to provide me as buyer and my purchasers with excellent, timely and professional support. I was not familiar with the all the steps in the process of purchasing, and Vanessa helped me through that. The purchase was complicated by the failure of my sale from which I was hoping to fund the purchase. Vanessa managed to keep both me and my purchasers on side and always well informed of what stage we had reached in moving towards the sale. I know that the other parties that Vanessa had to deal with in progressing my purchase, such as my financial advisors, all found her straightforward and helpful.
