GoogleA few weeks ago I came to get my house valued and to ask for some information regarding my property and I’ve never received such a warm welcome in my life. Michael is such a bubbly person and really knows his stuff! Had an answer to every question I asked and definitely made me feel comfortable, we need more estate agents like him! I will be coming straight to him when I’m ready to sell my house!

Only good things to say about the brilliant service from start to finish - went over and above in answering all of my questions and offering honest advices. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. GoogleIgor and Danny have supported me to sell a property in Upper Norwood belonging to my late Aunty. There assistance has been exemplary on all aspects of the advertising of the property, liaison with the purchasers and with the Solicitors dealing with the estate for me, and also of course finding me a buyer. I cannot reccommend Danny, Igor and Haart more highly than Five Star!! Thank you :-)

GooglePleased to have been contacted by Umut today who showed sincere interest in helping me with my property search. Umut was polite throughout the phone call, despite I was frustrated with Nia and the team for not responding to my enquires since 2 weeks. However, he clarified the reason behind this issue well and was really keen to find me a suitable property to buy.

GoogleI viewed properties with Kory before and after Christmas and it has been an absolute breath of fresh air compared to viewing with other agents. His approach is so relaxed and not trying just SELL SELL SELL like others. His knowledge and honesty was also greatly appreciated and I felt at ease the whole time. It is a shame our offer was outbid but I will be keeping in contact to try and find another flat with Kory. Thank you again.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThrilled to be finally on the way to selling our property. The team have been so helpful and really put in the work to get viewings. Nia worked really hard and found us a buyer for our property. We sent her details over to our friends who were struggling to sell their flat. They fell in love with Nia from the get go and are so pleased with all the help and updates she's given so far. We highly recommend her.
Dear Ross, Thank you for your kind words and for choosing us. It has been a pleasure helping you sell your home. All the best, Nia

GoogleFrom the outset Danny provided a realistic valuation price range and was pro-active in selling the property - I was soon able to accept an offer just below the range. Thereafter, Nuvin provided excellent liaison between the buyer, myself and our solicitors keeping me well appraised thoughout the process until completion. The agent’s commission also undercut other agents in CP. I would be very happy to recommend Haart based on my experience.
Thank you for your kind words John, we are indeed very passionate, hard working people and strive to right by our clients. I wish you all the best!
