Nia at HAART Crystal Palace is simply one of the best estate agents I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! She sold my property within a couple of weeks after going the extra mile to ensure it was presented well for sale, whilst getting tricky tenants on side. I live abroad and was unable to travel due to Covid restrictions. Nia was just excellent - super communication, set realistic expectations and acted for me on the ground. Communication is a big problem within the branch. I am still waiting for a response from Danny about concerns I raised weeks ago. A lot more transparency is needed between the estate agent and seller as I have been out of the loop, a lot, causing unnecessary anxiety. 6 weeks behind the original date that was specified, the sale is finally at the end of the process. For the price, more of a service is needed.

It has been a pleasure to have had the experience of working with Nia from the Crystal Palace branch of haart. From the outset Nia was extremity helpful in arranging a quick viewing, assisting when I made an offer and putting me in touch with individuals/agencies who be able to assist me. Nia spent time explaining the buying process to me, what each person would be responsible for and the expected timeframe to completion. Being a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions, many probably ignorant but Nia was always happy to give clarify which point in the process I was at, what was to happen next and what would be expected from me. Unfortunately, that sale fell through and I continued my property search. I was kept updated with properties which came to market that fit my buying criteria. Once I found a property through another haart branch, Nia checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. It is extremely rare to receive such a high customer service in any industry, especially from someone who geniuenly wants to assist you achieve your goal.
