We have been looking for a few months to get a flat in Crystal Palace and overall the experience went very smoothly and this in large part thanks to Louis Perry. Louis has been very professional all along and showed a confident and excellent knowledge of the SE local market. The sell process took some time with two rounds of biding during which Louis explained well the process and i believe ( as far as one can tell) maintained a high level of transparency and integrity to protect the interests of all participants (the four or five buyers and the two sellers). Once the offer was accepted Louis kept on being reactive ( answering emails or taking phone call ) till completion and even beyond ( getting from the tenants the details of utilities providers). On addition Louis is a young and enthousiastic character which makes the whole process even more fun and surely help to get things done for both side of the transaction :-). Thus i can only very warmely recommend working with Louis and Haart Crystal Palace Agency since our own experience was spotless!

I bought my property through Haart in Crystal Palace and had Harvey working on my case. After having my offer accepted Harvey was very helpful, arranging viewings for me as things got closer to completion at times that worked for me. Importantly communication from Harvey and was always prompt and he would always assist in chasing up both mine and the sellers solicitors to make sure the process went as quick as possible.

We've had some mediocre and underwhelming estate agent experiences but the young man at Haart this week is by the far the worst and almost comedic in terms of how terrible the experience was. He arrived 10 minutes late to show us a property, parked illegally and then couldn't even access the property. He had assumed, without checking, that the vendors daughter would be there to let us in. She wasn't. 2 phone calls later and we're finally inside via a key box. He knew absolutely nothing about the property. The property itself was in a shocking condition and smelt like urine (granted not the estate agents fault) but he proceeded to explain what an amazing condition the house was in and that it would need no work if we purchased it. Honestly - beyond ridiculous! Avoid this agent like the plague

Nia was an absolute dream, not only did she sell our home in one weekend (after it had been on the market elsewhere for over a year) but we were stuck in a nightmare chain and she kept the whole sale moving forward. Our experience with Haart Crystal Palace, and specifically Frederik and the branch manager, was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. From the beginning, Frederik repeatedly asked for our requirements, yet would continuously call us with properties that were the complete opposite of what we had clearly stated we were looking for. It felt like our time and preferences were not respected. We eventually viewed a property in a nice area that we were genuinely interested in, despite it having visible issues with mould and water leaks. We submitted an offer based on a figure we were comfortable with, fully aware of the risks and potential repair costs. Shortly after, the branch manager called us and attempted to pressure us into increasing our offer, suggesting there was another interested buyer and trying to push us into a bidding war. We declined, as we had already offered what we felt was fair. What happened next was the most disappointing part: we never heard back from Frederik or the manager regarding the outcome. No update, no courtesy call, nothing. Then, a month later, a junior sales person called us out of the blue to offer a viewing for a different property, as if nothing had happened. This was frankly astonishing. The lack of basic professionalism and courtesy, simply informing us of the outcome of our previous offer, made it clear that customer care was not a priority. Overall, the experience left us feeling disrespected and undervalued. We would not recommend Haart Crystal Palace based on our experience.

We had a great experience selling our home with Haart Crystal Palace. Their initial sales pitch was impressive and their fee very competitive. Kory did a fantastic job, getting us an offer at asking price within days of going on the market but what was most impressive was the after sale care which helped get us to exchange and completion within a pleasing timeframe. At times during the process our buyer's solicitor was being quite slow and unresponsive and Kory really helped to push things through. His responsiveness, friendly manner and patience with us chasing for updates constantly was much appreciated. My experience of Estate Agents is that they can often seem very arrogant and condescending but Nya from Heart couldn't be more friendly and down to earth throughout the whole sales process.
