I am a solicitor who dealt with a purchase of a property for a client sold by Nia Ayoade of Haart Estate Agents. If it was not for Nia's hard work my client would have pulled out of the purchase due to the lack of progress by the sellers solicitors. So this matter finally completing is thanks to Nia. Nia went over and beyond her duty to not only chase the seller, managing agents and all the parties in the chain and keep us informed but obtain information that was not forth coming from the sellers solicitors! In my 33 years in the legal profession Nia Ayoade has been the most helpful and pro-active estate agent. She was always polite and professional and I wish her great success. She is a valuable asset to Haart Estate Agents.
