From the outset Danny provided a realistic valuation price range and was pro-active in selling the property - I was soon able to accept an offer just below the range. Thereafter, Nuvin provided excellent liaison between the buyer, myself and our solicitors keeping me well appraised thoughout the process until completion. My experience with Haart was with an employee called Kory. Not only was he patient with my requirements, but he listened and was able to give me some really good advice. I didn't feel pressured and I got the impression that he generally wanted to help. He also followed up and checked to see if I needed anything else which is very rare in my experience of estate agents. Excellent service and would definitely recommend going to Kory @ Haart CP if you are looking for a place in that area.
