GoogleI used Streets Ahead in Addiscombe to sell my flat. I was really impressed by the level of service provided to me during contract exchange process. The credit goes to Saphire King Harris who proactively followed up with all parties and pushed through the process to ensure timely exchange of contracts. Saphire was always reachable on phone and provided excellent customer service. She is a great asset for Streets ahead!!

GoogleVisited this location couple weeks ago... Gareth was really cooperative and patient. He gave me time to understand my real requirements on location, size and budget. Though I never got into a rental agreement with them as I got approved on another offer same day but among other places that visited I felt this office more welcoming and understanding. Thanks Gareth !

TrustpilotUnprofessional - AVOID
Streets Ahead Croydon provides very un-professional service. After leaving the apartment for more than 2 weeks, they do not refund my deposit nor tell me any deduction. They do not respond to emails for follow up. They do not have the courtesy to team people fairly. The property managers do not respond to issues and when they do pick up the phone, they keep passing the buck that the other person is in-charge. Please avoid them.

Very grateful to Tori Mcintosh, Portfolio Manager at Streets Ahead and their plumber for discovering a burst pipe causing a water leak at our property and getting it fixed asap, while keeping us very well informed about the situation throughout the process. We are living overseas and so it can be worrying to know that there is a problem but feel reassured that the Streets Ahead team and their contractors are doing a good job to look after and maintain our house for when we return to the UK. Thank you!
