Property Manager Laura Costa. We have been at the property for a year and we have Laura Costa as our agent and I can only say that she is a very efficient, qualified, responsible, educated girl in her work. Whenever I have had any concerns, doubts or problems about the property, she resolves it immediately, helping us in the best possible way with good communication. I couldn't say anything bad about her since we have had a very good experience, despite it being our first time renting a property with an agency, I can say that I am happy and satisfied with her work. You are not always lucky enough to have responsible, educated and efficient like her. And if you ask me, I would totally recommend it to anyone

So so bad

Is Streets Ahead collapsing? I pay for full management and haven't had a property manager for months. They don't reply to emails, they don't follow up on requests, they don't update. Very simple tasks become chaotic. This is causing me immense stress as I am an oversea landlord. The problem is not the tenant, the problem is Streets Ahead! This is so bad. I am really concerned.

We used Streets Ahead for the sale of our flat and purchase of a new property in October 2015. As we'd already seen somewhere we liked, Streets Ahead were very quick in getting our property on the market for us and we had an open day booked within a week of the property going on sale, with over 20 people coming to view it. We got a sale from the first viewing and achieved above the asking price. The most important part of the service for me was Saphire King-Harris - she's a sales progressor who works on getting things completed for you. She was friendly and exceptionally helpful. We had a complicated time with our sale and purchase but she worked tirelessly to get everything done and was far more helpful than our own solicitor ended up being. Streets Ahead were not the cheapest estate agent we met with, but we went with them and they did deliver everything they said they would. Would recommend them.

Worst property management ever As a tenant I reported the shower hose having a problem on the 24th April 2024. The water flow was weaker then a bartender pulling my beer from a tap. They sent someone to check it the next day and saying need a new tap sth like that. Up to today, 14th May 2024, still no updates. I haven’t had a decent shower for 3 weeks.

Avoid them, lack of professionalism. Not recommended neither for tenants or landlords. They do viewings with hundreds of people booked for the same time. Also I paid deposit and had moving date, so i collected the key, went to to the flat and the landlord was still there doing some works nothing prepared or cleaned (like they say professional cleaning). Bunch of liars and money hungry people. Of course to get my deposit back I had to sent many emails and calls with 2 + weeks of waiting. This company shouldn't exist.

I cannot rate Marina too highly. From the moment I first walked in, she was on my case and made every effort possible to sell my property. This was my first experience of selling my flat and she was there every step of the way for me. Firstly making sure the marketing was correct, then during the process, once I had a buyer, she made sure that if there was a delay somewhere, who was causing it and why. Anything that I was unsure about, I had no hesitation in contacting her and I had her full attention and was never made to feel that I was a nuisance. I have full confidence in Marina and have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending her to other people.

I was really impressed with the services provided by Streets Ahead, when our tenants - after 9 months of occupancy - unfairly and unreasonably accused us of breaching Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act of 2018. I am extremely impressed with the way Laura Costa, the Senior Property Manager of the agency handled it, literally in a single day. She is a real gem. She has been absolutely expeditious, meticulous, and professional, but also completely unbiased between us the landlord and the tenants. I wish this brilliant young lady, who is full of enthusiasm and energy, all the very best in her profession and career.

Streets Ahead Croydon: Seemed nice and friendly initially when trying to get you on board but with hindsight we should never have gone with Streets Ahead. Poor communicator, had to constantly chase for updates, essentially doing the job they are paid to do, lack of pro-activity, poor customer service, sometimes rude, aggressive and dismissive. They ultimately played a key part in the whole chain breaking down eventually, through poor relationship management - the whole chain were frustrated with them. Would recommend avoiding this estate agent at all costs, we won’t consider doing business with them again, having been burned once. Avoid. We even had to chase them to take away their own for sale sign, after a week of it sitting there - sums it all up really.
