I am very disappointed with the quality of their services. We left the property on March 2023 and after 4 months we are still waiting for the deposit to be refunded. We had to contact TDS only to find out that Streets Ahead had the refunds and it was their responsibility to return it. C from the property management team (who doesn’t answer to most emails) ignored most of my request for an update and after 4 months, she had the audacity to say “I’m sending the request to Accounts, you will receive it in the next 3 working days.” C is the most unprofessional person you will ever deal with. We even had a deduction on our deposit for issues that we reported to Streets Ahead’s portal and to C via email but she did nothing about it. If you rent from them make sure to have everything in writing, after every phone call make sure to send a writing confirmation of the convo. They are not trustworthy.

I've had the pleasure of working with Laura Costa at Streets Ahead, Croydon for some time now. I was an accidental landlord, with just one property under my belt, however, Laura's dedication to even her smallest of clients shines through in her prompt and efficient responses to any concerns. Furthermore, payments are prompt, issues are resolved quickly and communications are clear. The tenants whom Streets Ahead sourced were also, wonderful. I wholeheartedly endorse Streets Ahead for first-time landlords.

As a new landlord I wanted an estate agent to manage the rental as I thought it'd be easier & less stressful... wrong! The property was not looked after, everything needed chasing up as it was not done & the final straw has been the keys going missing after the tenants moved out & nobody seeming at all bothered about resolving this / responding to emails. Avoid.

I have been with Streets Ahead for just over 4 years now and will be moving home with another estate agents shortly. I just happened to find somewhere in an area Streets Ahead don't cover, but the process of moving has been seamless due to the help of Laura Costa. I've been kept in the loop and have always been able to contact Laura when I've needed to ask a question or get guidance regarding my current residence under Streets Ahead. I have not had a single issue at my property in over 4 years, it is well managed and they have always checked on the property and ensured it was well maintained. Would definitely use them again!
