Ryan was punctual and he was very courteous. The use of a video to give a virtual tour before the property was viewed set this company miles ahead of other house agents.

TrustpilotVery very good 😊
From start to finish , from initial valuation to completion streets ahead were professional, helpful, efficient and supportive. Moving us very stressful and they were so kind and understanding when things went wrong as they inevitably do. Special mention to Maryjane, Michael, Rahman and Jola but the whole team deserves these plaudits

GoogleStreets Ahead- not just another real estate agency. Their person-centered approach deserves all the praise as they seek to match the right property based on your individual needs and requirements. Thanks again, Lanaya.

George has been great in providing timely updates and follow up. 4 rating is not for George but for no finding or closure of property even after more than a months hunting.

GoogleSuper frustrating bad experience with these guys, not collaborative at all, is 5 months we chase them and we are into the process of buying our house. Lack of communication, they say “ I will call you later for updates.” And then just disappear and even not replying to our calls. I do not recommend this agency at all.

Katraielle was so professional and patient with us. She always updated us about the stages of our house searches and viewings and allowed us some time as we are working almost for the whole week. She accommodated that part.

TrustpilotLandlords be careful
Landlords be careful! Once I’ve signed the contract and they’d automatically be paid every month , they stopped caring, stopped responding to me or my tenant’s house issues properly. They seem to care about the money and not the costumers. I have read many reviews similar to my situation. They have done this to a lot of other people!

TrustpilotOverall good, but always room for improvement.
Pleasant and friendly letting agent handled our move. In fact, found the entire team who dealt with us pleasant and rarely flustered despite our high demands. Would have liked to have completed all formalities with a few days to spare - but we appreciate things happen. Got there in the end. Overall 3 bordering on 4 out of 5.
