GoogleAbsolutely wouldn't rent from these, wouldn't trust them to walk a dog. Won't sort anything out, staff won't do anything, except demand money. Flat sub standard with issues, didn't wanna know, ignoring when requesting deposit back. Do not rent from these if you value stability and peace of mind, left hand had no clue what the right hand is doing

GoogleSince moving into my property in October 2019 I have been in contact with the Lucas Oliveira, the property manager about repairs needing to be completed. Lucas has always been prompt managing works with the builders and very responsive by email and phone all with a very professional manner. Happy to say all works have been completed and I'm very satisfied. Definitely would recommend. Thanks Lucas!

we rented a property from the Addiscome croydon branch and have never been so disgusted in my whole life. Our house was on cross road - it was infested with rat and mice - this was apparent from move in day. Mould started appearing in every room in the house. When you tried to get things sorted they where not interested at all and did not care about the health risk. never have i seen a business with such high staff turn over. They lied to us and the landlord. I would avoid at all costs. When we handed in our notice they tried coming over to do viewings even with the mould and rat issue! Avoid them!! would not even buy my dream house for a pound from them!
