GoogleThey let me without a place to sleep and with a huge financial damage Cameron Alexander from StreetsAhead has been 3/4 weeks promising a house. He gave me a contract, took full deposit and 1st rent. They helped me to move the utilities accounts to my name and everything. I bought furniture to an entire house. At the moment to enter the house, they realised that the landlord was not aware of any of this. They let me on the street, with a house of furniture, without a place to sleep and said "it is not my problem". I am looking for legal advise on this.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleIf there was a zero review I would have gone for that. The experience from start till now has been filled with lies and deceit. Katraielle Grant From Croydon lied to us and got us to pay to deposit by saying that the landlord has accepted our offer and then the next day emailing us to say that she tried calling us to say that the landlord cannot move out of property on agreed date. She didn't attend any of our calls or responded to our email. I am trying to get my deposit back. They're a scam. Stay away from all of these guys.

GoogleMy first experience with streets ahead was good. I never had no complaints a lady called Stefanie helped me with my move, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. When ending my tenancy the staff in streets ahead was so rude, everyone I spoke to had an attitude, never smiled and was very unsupportive. Five stars to Stefanie but the rest of the staff half a star. Not happy at all with the way I’ve been dealt with.

GoogleI was with another well known estate agents for 8 months and they were unable to even get any decent offers for my flat. Subsequently I lost out on taken advantage of the stamp duty freeze. I contacted Streets Ahead. Ms Marina Steel took charge. She has been very responsive and very helpful throughout the process and has made me have faith in estate agents again! Ms Steel managed to get 3 offers within a week and the flat was sold 2 weeks later. Along with Marina, I was in talks with Mr Ryan Perrin who has been just as responsive and helpful! Keep up the good work!!

He kept in mind all the requirements we had and only sent us videos of properties that would be suitable for our family. GoogleMy experience of working with Marina Steel was fantastic. Without exaggeration, her response time is unreal. I got replies on every email within 10 mins and some in even 2 mins. This level of service is rare. Equally on my viewings, she answered every question I had, tried to understand my requirements without imposing and delivered on those by sending me listings tailored to my needs. This is a true example of 6 star service.

GoogleWe have just exchanged on our property, a process that took longer than any of us expected. Marina has been honest & open throughout the process. She was the person who I spoke with initially when obtaining quotes from various agents and her matter of fact approach was a large part of the reason we opted for Streets Ahead. Not 5 star because there were some communication errors along the way (none of which involved Marina) but all in all as stress free as selling a house could be. We are very satisfied.

GoogleJust sold my house through Streets Ahead Croydon. Purchased the house 5 years ago with Marina and just sold same house via her! Marina is professional, understanding and efficient. In addition she is a 'people person' and so understands on a level the stress and worries of house selling/buying. Jason and Robyn are also fabulous and they all know how to keep the stress away from the client. Massive thanks to all of them for their excellent service. Well priced services too. Highly recommended.
