GoogleAvoid, never helpful, only care about taking your money and that’s the only time you hear from them, other than that you can never get any communication with them. Didn’t bother to contact me at the end of the tenancy, and when I contacted them nobody know who was dealing with my account. I will not be using them again to rent or to let and will not be recommending them in the local community.

Excellent service from Danny and the team at StreetsAhead Croydon. We had a very tight deadline to get inside the Stamp Duty relief deadline on 30/6/21. Danny and team worked individually and as a team in the Estate Agent chain to make sure we hit the deadline, with just the right balance between calm and keeping things moving at the right urgency. I’ve no doubt we could have been in trouble without this diligence, expert knowledge and consistency. Thanks!

The valuation I received from another agent was too high and it took me a while to come to terms with a new asking price the second time around with Streets Ahead. I found them a little pushy in their initial pitch but after my my 20 week (!) contract with the other agent expired without any offers, we eventually agreed a contract with SA and a sale followed after the first U.K. lockdown. My overall experience with Streets Ahead was really good. All those involved in the management of viewings and progressing my sale were fantastic. Unlike other agents, I never had to chase for an update. Communication there is excellent and I really felt they were working tirelessly to progress my sale, which could have so easily fallen through during the turbulent year we’ve all had. They are heads and shoulders above the agent who acted on behalf of our seller and did so much to progress both ends of the chain for us. Huge thanks to Lucy and Catherine for all of our viewings and keeping us reliably up to date, to Danny for his shrewd negotiating and expert handling of our exchange of contracts - the most stressful day I’ve ever had in my life - we couldn’t have got through it without him - and last but not least, unflappable Andrew for being a steady and reassuring advisor while progressing both ends of our chain - he is such a pro and lovely to speak with over the phone. I’m confident that we wouldn’t have got a better result elsewhere and I have already recommended SA to a friend. Thank you Danny and team! 🙏🏼😘

GoogleI contacted this estate agents for a rental and like most people in the UK I have debt and despite my gross being way above their standard for the property I was treated with utter disrespect I was spoken to like I was nothing and told that not only can I not view any of their properties without showing 6 months bank statement and that even with that I would not be able to rent with them also was told no other estate agent would rent to me This I found amusing as I am currently in a private rent and have been for many years I think this estate agents definitely need to work on their customers service. I will ensure I spread the word not to approach if you have debt which is currently 7.4 million since Jan 2024

GoogleThe reason this is 3 stars and not higher is simply based on overall experience with regards to renting for a year and the check out process, which was frustrating to be polite. And the score would have been a lot lower had it not been for George Barnes. He breaks the stereotype and if I was rating him on just the service he provided then I would happily score them a perfect score. A nice guy, who works hard and is a pleasure to work with. Also would recommend Alexander. I had limited interactions with her however she was always very friendly and helpful. Always came across like she genuinely wanted to help you get the right property.

I must say, Katraielle Grant has been amazing. My Fiance and I needed a place to stay after our wedding. We found our ideal location on rightmove and immediately received a response about a viewing. Katraielle has helped us out immensely. It hasn't been a full week and here I am picking up the keys tomorrow. I have been informed and kept in the loop throughout the process.No complaints about the process.
