Mohammed Nahed, was absolutely fantastic. He really went above and beyond. He helped me find 2 great properties, after our first meeting I explained what my partner and I were looking for down to build type, location to the station, appliances etc and he went away and found the perfect property exactly what I requested. He was constantly avaliable via WhatsApp and phones calls even out of hours and on his days of to help me. Again outstanding customer service, the next time I move I wish I'd be as lucky to get someone as good as Mohammed was.

I started my property search with Enzo who was extremely helpful from the start. After contacting over 80 agents in the london region, getting even one call back started to feel like an impossible task, however, Enzo went above and beyond to take the time to respond whenever I contacted him. We mainly spoke through WhatsApp message which was so much more convenient too rather than just trying to juggle telephone calls as well as work. We gave him all of our criteria and he actually provided properties that would suit our need, in the locations specified, rather than ones that were clearly out of budget just for an extra chunk of commission.My search went on to viewing a property where I was greeted by Maya. From the off Maya was extremely professional, very well presented and very attentive during the whole viewing. I was able to have a comfortable conversation with herself and let her know my concerns. She offered some very good advice too when it came to searching for new leases. I asked for a video of the property as I couldn’t view it with my partner and before I’d even got back to the station, she had contacted the office and arranged for Enzo to send this over. I also contacted Enzo out of hours, which to my surprise he responded and gave all the information I needed, so extra points there.I would highly recommend Maya and Enzo when using this estate agents for your next lease if you want someone proactive, friendly and someone that actually listens to your needs as a whole.

I spent a couple of weeks finding a property and Gemma was very helpful with my search. I would receive emails as soon as something came on the market and Gemma was happy to answer any questions I had in a professional and timely manner. I was also shown around a property by Gemma and she was polite, professional and patient as I did have a lot of questions etc. The stress of the search was undoubtedly made easier from Gemma’s work. Streets Ahead were incredibly helpful and were with me through every step of the process, from the initial viewing and the entire application process to ironing out the details of the tenancy agreement. I had been with other estate agencys before who had turned me away many times and were altogether very rude but Streets Ahead were the complete opposite. They were very welcoming and had great customer service. I want to give particular thanks to Cameron, who made sure that everything was going smoothly and acted as the middle man between us and the referencing company, as well as keeping the landlord up to date. He was always available whenever I had a question and would always call me back. He made the application process much more user-friendly and was a tremendous help. Emma as well as her whole team were also very helpful with the move and the final details. Can't recommend them enough!

We recently sold our flat in Crystal Palace which we had happily been renting out with Streets Ahead for over 10 years. When it came to selling, Jola Bamigbola took us under his wing and totally surprised us by finding a buyer in about 3 days which completely exceeded our expectations. Throughout the sale, we found Jola and his team to be competent and professional, and a real asset in helping us understand and deal with the conveyancing solicitors, which can at times be a little frustrating. But we were in good hands, and everything came together nicely at the end. So we would like to say a big thank you to Jola and his team, and we wholeheartedly recommend them if you are looking for a professional, trustworthy and competent estate agent.

Really amazing service from both Enzo and Emma. Enzo thought outside the box to find us a property when I was just about giving up, we have a dog and it's not easy, he sent us a property that was about to go on the market, and was consistently excellent at communicating with us through the process, an absolute pleasure, no cheesy sales tactics. Just honesty and integrity! Emma made time after hours to open the property up for us on a Thursday eve, I'm sure she had much better things to be doing but was really lovely and patient, even tho I was late (busses)!! She let me have a good look round and didn't rush me! If everyone who is employed by streets ahead is this fab id recommend it!!

GoogleAvoid at all cost! One star because I cannot go lower. They don't do their due diligence, they don't answer emails or return calls, and they lie. If you have any issues with your property you will have to chase them nonstop for months and months for repairs. They cause issues and don't take responsibility: they blame the tenant when they talk to the landlord, and they blame the landlord when they talk to the tenant. There are Glassdoor reviews from previous Streets Ahead agents which confirm that this is their modus operandi. They also don't comply with their statutory requirements under the law, and with the tenancy agreement. I moved out of my apartment more than 4 weeks ago and I still have not received my deposit. I was not allowed to be present while the checkout inspection was conducted even though they were obliged to give me that option. They are only just informing me of the intention to deduct from my deposit (they should have informed within ten working days of the end of tenancy) for issues that I don't recognise and which were not my responsibility because they were only identified after the current tenant moved in. They are unwilling to mediate the deposit negotiations between the landlord and I even though this is the job of a letting agent, so now we are in a dispute process involving TDS and the property Ombudsman, for issues which were entirely caused by Streets Ahead. Letting agencies like this one should not exist. EDIT: Streets Ahead has had de audacity to respond to this comment even though I still don't have my deposit two months after I moved out. Absolutely no shame. Give me my deposit back already!!

GoogleI viewed a property that I was completely happy with, I discussed with the George that I would like to put a holding deposit down on the property. I filled out the form as instructed and stepped outside to transfer the holding deposit like discussed, as he still had to conduct the viewing after me. He then proceeded to take a second holding deposit from the women that viewed it, and she ended up getting the property, despite me having put a holding deposit on the property first. I then had to contact them multiple times to get my holding deposit refunded back to me. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The lettings agents Enzo and Gemma were extremely helpful in finding me and my partner the perfect property to move in to. They sent us properties directly that matched our criteria and were available to arrange viewings for us really quickly. During the process our landlord changed agencies away from Streets ahead, however, they were still on hand to support us with any questions or queries we had. I would definitely recommend using Streets Ahead as a letting agent.
