My current Property Manager Abs ( Abhiram Sajeev) is excellent , he is very helpful and solves any problems quickly and efficiently. He always returns my calls if he is not available and Abs is very friendly and professional. I am happy to use Streets Ahead as my letting agent.

We were looking to rent in the East Croydon and ultimately were successful through Streets Ahead. What really makes Streets Ahead stand out is that they actually cared about helping us. The market is so competitive right now that places gets snapped up so quickly. A lot of estate agents would never get back to us so we were lucky to meet Ryan Darragh at Streets Ahead. Ryan had great communication. He was keen and supportive. After somewhere fell through last minute, Ryan went out of his way to find us somewhere else. Very grateful to Ryan for being so helpful, professional, and competent in what has been a very stressful time for us! Can’t recommend Streets Ahead enough! They also have all the best properties in the area so you can’t go wrong really.

He acknowledged me and my children He was particularly conscious about where I parked for instance so I don't get a ticket from the warden on the day of the viewing and I really appreciated his care.Furthermore, he advised of other properties I could view as I did not really like the one he showed me.He called and emailed to advise of a new property that would interest me.I was happy with his service.

GoogleGeorge is one of the best agents I've come across, he always follows up and is available to answer all our doubts. He is the only agent who calls back to inform whenever a property becomes available around the area we were looking for. Everything was smooth from Viewing of the property till our move in. Would recommend George and Streets Ahead for anyone looking for a hassle free process of getting the deal done.

GoogleAvoid this agency at all costs. I paid a £461.53 holding deposit to Streets Ahead to secure a rental property and was assured by the agent that referencing came back fine on WhatsApp and that I should give my notice. Based on this, I gave notice on my current home. She then came back stating that my housing reference came back that I had one late payment in 4 years so I have a conditional offer (not failed), and they changed the terms of the agreement, suddenly demanding 3, 6 months’ rent upfront and a guarantor, which were never discussed beforehand - as well as security deposit. This would have been £8.5k minimum to be paid. This was not something we could afford and felt like a drastic change in terms. When I shared this was an issue they then said they could do flatfair for us to waiver the security deposit - I had asked about flatfair the previous Sunday and was told it wasn't available. When I was no longer able to proceed under these revised terms, they refused to refund my holding deposit and wrongly claimed the Tenant Fees Act 2019 does not apply to holding deposits, which is simply false. Their communication was inconsistent, unprofessional, and misleading throughout. This experience has left me at risk of being without a home. I would not recommend Streets Ahead to anyone looking for transparency, professionalism, or ethical practice. And only because I don't believe in pulling down young women I will hold out on sharing the agents full name.

GoogleIt was a great experience especially George barbers made the journey so smooth for us our stress was less and on documentation he was prompting and up and doing so we don’t loose the house too despite all my calls messages he’s always there and ready to help at anytime even out of office hours he was always there. He’s the man of the whole success and I give him the trophy

Firstly I would like to say Illianna was amazing, professionally really understanding in my journey…but I can’t say the same for her team. I picked up keys from the office today, for my “first property” & had a really poor reception from the lower addiscombe team. 2 out of 3 staff, didn’t even congratulate me (1 did, but felt forced) Would not use them again, left feeling really confused & not excited at all!
