Heartly thanks to Alexandra who is the best faculty I had never met before in any estate agencies. Street ahead lucky to have a faculty like this. Before street ahead, I had preferred many estate agencies whom their way of treating and explaining about homes was not satisfied to me. But, street ahead gives me a best way of getting the new house specially the faculty Alex helps me a lot. I like her way of treating the customers with a kindness and kind words. Whenever I had a doubt about the house she helps me. I call her many times even she response me at all times that’s the way of her kindness. I have recommended my friends to prefer the street ahead for better homes. Finally, thanks to Alexandra once again and Street ahead too.🙏💜

We dealt mostly with Marina. Marina was excellent. Streets Ahead were more expensive than others that we looked at but we felt that Streets Ahead were more likely to be well established to have a wide range of potential buyers for our shared ownership property. Streets Ahead arranged for great photos to be taken which made our property look amazing. We had regular viewings with suitable notice. We had one or two people who Streets Ahead screened for financial health checks to ensure their ability to purchase the property who were not suitable and therefore saved us time and later disappointment. Marina and her colleague Gary were also excellent at following up with our buyer and their solicitor to keep the process moving forward. If it wasn't for Marina and her dedication then our sale would most likely have fallen through. We were very lucky to complete even during Lockdown with the Streets Ahead offices closed which once again demonstrated Marina's dedication to getting the job done. Thank you. Don't waste your time! You continously chase then when you finally get a response dare you ask any further questions because before you know it they give the flat to someone else, even if you were clearly one of the first to enquire lol! Great customer retention guys!! You are told in that time the landlord is not responding but funny that because the next reply is, its gone!! Georges response time is awful and overall very unhelpful from start to finish! It seems this is a pattern per reviews!!! Oh and to finish, the property is still on the market a week and half later! I guess the property being occupied was another lie guys and you make your decision based on emails comms!

Especially Gavin Gordon from the Croydon branch who was very helpful and transparent through the whole letting process; always happy to chat and go through things which made the whole process easier for us. We highly commend the Streets ahead team for helping us with our property search. It started a year ago when we first started viewings with Harley who was always very professional and courteous. Harley takes time to explain any processes so that we fully understand what is happening. We have also viewed with Pawal who is also very approachable and professional. Most importantly however, we would like to highly commend Richard Houlden who guided us through many viewings until we found our new home. Throughout the whole process, Richard remained extremely professional, prompt, helpful and willing to answer and investigate any queries that we had. I can openly say this is the best letting service I have ever experienced, and I say this after dozens of failed call backs, brusque receptions and poor organisation from others we've experienced. Alexandra from the Addiscombe office treated us like family from the beginning, attentively finding out our exact requirements and setting up viewing schedules based on needs. As well as taking on our preferences, she also gave strong recommendations for properties we'd previously discounted, and would send through bespoke daily updates of properties she knew would be suitable. Through this, we figured out what we actually wanted which was very different to what we had been looking for. After making an offer Alex kept us informed and would check in regularly, meaning we felt relaxed throughout despite the obvious pressure. Alexandra is an absolute superstar and it's a credit to Street's Ahead that they are able to attract, train and retain such excellent people. The culture there is really a notch above the rest!

Although we didn't rent with them in the end (because the area is a bit too far away from where we are going to work), Alex and Myles were super competent and provided a great service. I have just moved into a lovely flat and was helped throughout by George and Emma. I first spoke with George; I was able ask him anything regarding the property, the process and worries I had and he would answer with the most pleasant manner. With George you feel that he is there to help you, not a sales man! that was really nice. Emma was equally friendly and responded to my emails very quickly. My husband died whilst we were due to move. I asked for the sale to be stopped to which legally I couldn’t as we had exchanged contracts. I arrived home on the Monday after my husband passing on the Sunday, to receive the biggest bouquet of flowers from SA. With a very kind note if we can doing anything please ask. A few days later I then received a WhatsApp message from one of their senior managers “ Are you still selling, can we find you another property?”I then received a phone call asking me to pay my invoice. I questioned what for.... to be told we have sold your house for you, if have chose not to move not our problem. I offered to pay £1,500.00 of the £9,200 commission they were charging as a gesture of good will. This was refused. My husband was laid to rest the first week of June. I received an email the next day requesting the invoice was settled otherwise this would need to be passed to the credit agencies. My son made contact with Manager and asked why he would bully a woman who still had not moved out of the house and was grieving for her husband.I have now moved out of the house and SA have been paid in full. I would never ever use them again. They are complete wide boys in flash cars, fake smiles and false relations. They were aware my husband sick during the selling process. They have no empathy or feelings. The ironic thing every time I spoke to Manager his statement was “ I really liked your husband”. They would never have treated me this way had he been alive, they should be ashamed of themselves. I hope this scenario never happens to them.STAY AWAY ABSOLUTE WOLVES !!!!
