Matthew Brennan is the property manager in my current rental apartment and it was probably the best experience I've ever had with letting agencies! If I could give them -100 I would. We only spent a year in a property being let by SA but I feel like I have aged 10. Every time we needed something as tenants it was like drawing blood out of a stone. They are so unbelievably incompetent and shady. Every repair took weeks for them to sort out, it makes you wonder what they're doing all day. And they blamed it all on the landlord, who when we finally met her was also aghast at the service she had received from them. Real estate people are the scum of the earth.
