The team were great, from the open house where they took time to talk us through the process as a whole, to following up throughout. Oaks sold our house in Addiscombe. The team worked quickly, arranging professional photographers within days, and organised an open day that was well attended. They got us a great offer in a difficult market and were able to navigate us through the sale quickly. They were friendly, responsive and professional. I can honestly say this is THE WORST agency we've ever dealt with...Do not hand over any money until you have a written contract because these people will always protect the landlord's interests but won't even try to go out of their way to help their potential tenants. We were told one week before our agreed move in date that the landlord has changed his mind AND that he's keeping our £311 holding deposit...If we didn't have such an amazing landlord we could have ended up homeless OR making someone else's life miserable by not moving out of our current flat on the agreed day... Avoid at all costs!

I received excellent customer service throughout the purchase of my flat, the estate agent, Ciaran, who dealt with my purchase was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. The viewing was arranged very quickly and delivered in a professional manner, allowing me plenty of time to view the property and ask questions. I had very little knowledge on the steps involved when purchasing a property however Ciaran explained every step of the purchase to me and assisted me with the Help to Buy application therefore making the whole process very stress free and smooth. I could not be happier with the service I have received and I am going to recommend this estate agents very highly to my colleagues/friends/family.

I cannot speak highly enough of Oaks Estate Agents. I have been working in tandem with James for roughly 3 years now. In that time we have developed a fantastic professional relationship and rapport. People often hear of horror stories about the relationship between solicitors and estate agents, however I have never had any such problems with James and I can safely say that he is the best I have ever dealt with when it comes to Estate Agency. I can personally attest to how helpful James' efforts are to me in progressing a transaction. When I heard James' was setting up his own office in Croydon last year, I could not be happier for him. He is now putting a team together and training them in his own mould. For example, I have also also had dealings with Daniel and Ciaran on many transactions and they are equally efficient and helpful. I cannot recommend the team at Oaks enough.

Vary happy with the service provided by Oaks. Friendly, professionally team. Sold and purchased with Oaks, James valued my property and gave a good valuation and options for marketing. Daniel manged to sell my flat in a couple of days which was excellent. Ciaran showed me around the property I purchased, was very friendly and knowledgeable about properties in the area. They also have local offices and it was very reassuring being able to call in and speak to James about the progress of my transaction.
