I wouldn't recommend, their head of property management, is very verbally abusive to people online and uses derogotory slurs relating to women, LGBTQ, and race. You should fire him before he continues to misrepresent your organisation online. He's bringing your image down with his bad behaviour!

These guys are more knowledgeable than I expected them to be on the area, market, and overall just helpful. Really appreciated it, as I was on the slight defensive, calling an estate agent when I hadn't actually decided whether I actually wanted to move yet. If you want someone who knows their stuff but isn't going to bully you into making a decision, definitely worth having a chat with them.

Avoid this estate agent at all cost

Avoid this estate agent as they are among the least competent in the industry. Save your money and time by steering clear of them. After being involved in a deal for three months, we ultimately decided to withdraw. The agents are unresponsive and conceal many anomalies of the houses. Their primary aim seems to be putting "sold" signs in front of houses to secure their commissions. Therefore, please beware!

Great service, very quick and painless. I had trouble dealing with some other agencies, as is seemed like they don't really do much for young tenants who are trying to rent in their early twenties. I would definitely recommend Oaks instead of the guys over the road. Oaks have restored my faith in Estate Agents having coming across professional, efficient, 'on it' and trustworthy.
