GoogleA completely different estate agent experience. Mann were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the purchase of our new property. They were fully supportive when we hit a few bumps along the road and dealt with everything in an extremely positive and professional way making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We must say a big thank you to the Lino who dealt with us from day one. We will definitely be using Lino and Mann in the future. R&L

GoogleWorst ever estate agents. I can understand, seller is their customer but they have no respect at all for a buyer. Very rude negotiators, no clue what are the spellings of customer service. Lino Rosato as well as Andy Jones. People be careful around these rogue estate agents. Bad name for countrywide I really feel sorry for their customers who are selling their properties through them, I was very much interested to buy one property from them but now no way. I am never buying anything being offered by them.
Dear Mr Raja, thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry you feel the service you have received has not met the standard you would expect. We understand that you had made appointments to view several properties through the Croydon branch but failed to attend the confirmed appointments or contact us to advise you would not be able to make the appointments. We attempted to contact you on several occasions but without response. You then contacted us to arrange to re-book a viewing of one of the properties that you had requested previously. My colleague was going to call the owner to rearrange the viewing but we were not sure he would accept as he was previously let down by yourself. We accept that situations occur where buyers cannot attend appointments but a courtesy call is normal in these instances to advise the branch and the subsequent owner of such situations. In addition you also mention Lino Rosato, the branch manager, who has not spoken to you or dealt with you so we are very surprised you have mentioned him in your review. We would be very interested in hearing back from you with regard to try to resolve this issue, please feel free to contact us on 020 8261 7139

GoogleWe had a wonderful experience with Mann and Co. We used the south Croydon branch and the agents involved in our case were outstanding and professional through out, Lino and Robin are an asset to the company. And will definitely be using them again in the future as well as recommend my family and friends to use them. They made sure everything run efficiently and smoothly through out and we completed quickly even though the sellers solicitors were being a bit slow. GoogleIt was a pleasure working with Ryan Allan and Jessica Obou from Mann Lettings. A big shout to Ryan especially, since he understood our urgency to get an apartment at an earliest and went out of his way to assist us in getting one without wasting any time. We moved to the UK with family (kid and old mother) and Ryan gave us all the assistance and cooperation to get a good apartment. Thanks!

GoogleMann Lettings was quite fast in showing me the flat I was interested in. There were flexibilities with arranging meetings, and I found them helpful with explaining the process of referencing. The moving in process was relatively quick as well. They're willing to help resolve any issues.
